Simple Operating Methods
STEP 1
Add Water (Preferably Distilled)
In order to get the idea of steam, please be sure to fill 10~28 oz water.
STEP 2
Close The Safety Cap
Close the safety cap by rotating it clockwise.
STEP 3
Connect The Plug & Press the Switch
Press the power button to enter into heating mode.
Note: Do not use a wet hand to touch the power.
STEP 4
Wait for The Indicator Light To Turn Green
Red light refers to the lackage of water.
Green light refers to the working status.

I purchased the Waitbird Steamer to perform cleaning around my house. This steamer exceeding my expectations. First it came packaged very nice and easy to assemble. It comes with a measuring cup which made transferring the right amount of water into the steamer with ease. This steamer heated up really fast, less than 5 minutes and I was already cleaning my floors! Then I went on to trying the steamer in the bathroom. When I tell you this steamer is awesome as it cleaned the whole bathroom from top to bottom with ease. The included 21 attachments helps with each tasks from toilets to shower all the to the mirror. This is a versatile and portable steamer that I use indoors as well as outdoors in my vehicles. Dirt and grime lift right up when this powerful little steamer comes in contact. I honestly how I cleaned before i got this steamer. I don’t like using harsh chemicals so helps in every way. I really wished I would have purchased sooner. Thank you Waitbird for a fantastic product. I highly recommend anyone wanting a reliable, versatile and portable steamer to purchase this one.

I have to say this is hands-down my favorite tool to clean! I have cats and kids, so not only do I need something that cleans well, I also need something that is chemical free. Chemical smells tend to bother my kids and cats, so this is the perfect solution. I have other steam mops, but this cleaner stays visibly steaming throughout the house. I have about 1400 sq ft of tile to clean. I do have to stop and refill at least once, but it's pretty simple and easy to refill. If I turned down the steam a little, I could probably clean the tile with one tank. I like being able to see the steam though. There are so many options for tools. I pretty much have a designated tool for each area. I have used it on floors, showers, sinks, toilets, stove, and windows. There is an attachment to steam the carpet. I'm also excited to use it in my kid-mobile to clean up stains and disinfect too. The cloth that comes with the steamer is rather thin, but it still works great for my needs. I could always use thicker microfiber cloths if I have an area of heavier use. So far, I have no complaints with this machine!

This steam cleaner arrived right on time. It has been wonderful for my family. I try not to use heavy chemicals for cleaning this product does everything it says. I have been saving money by not having to purchase cleaning products. They send you all the attachments that you need. You can clean your shower doors. They also have a floor mop feature for tile floors in the bathroom. It made my tiles sparkle.. I use the steam cleaner on everything on my cabinets tubs, countertops, sinks. The unit is easy to use. It comes with a water pitcher to add the water. Turn the unit on, when it turns green you are ready to go! Heats up quickly. I love the safety feature of the release valve. This steam cleaner is easy to carry and store. Don’t hesitate it’s a great powerful unit for a fair price.

UPDATE: I'm returning this item because I originally purchased it to clean my windows. I clean my windows once every other week so they're not filthy but it's still a chore. This made the windows look filthy, left steam drop spots and just failed to perform. It is being returned. I would suggest finding a machine that is rated for germ disinfection. This is just a fancy water mister, but it does NOT clean or sanitize.This does steam, but more like clothes steamer, not a cleaner. The water does not get hot enough to dissipate so you will have water residue to continually wipe up. I had a steam cleaner in the past that got so hot that you had to wear a glove when you used it and the steam spray was so strong it cleaned and dried instantly. This does not. I honestly don't even think it gets hot enough to disinfect. Several times my hand got in the way of the steam and it was hot, but it didn't even burn. I should have gotten a steam burn.I'm not impressed with this, but I got it to wash my windows and that is the one thing I have not tried yet. So if it works for that it will be worth keeping. However, if it doesn't get hot enough to produce true steam, I'm not getting my hopes up for my window cleaning.
