This steamer is very easy to use and assemble. Bought it to steam bunch of clothes for a wedding which included cotton, silk, and polyester and this worked amazing. Very powerful compared to my previous more expensive steamer, and very easy to pack up and take with you. Wrinkles came out with ease. Recommend this to anyone on the fence about purchasing this steamer. Very solid build quality as well so this should last a while.

Worked wonderfully at first, very large head great for ironing and steaming at the same time (perfect for dress shirts). Had issues with powering on eventually, but was past return window.

Have used several times and very happy. The large sole plate gets hot so I really appreciate the teflon mitt. Really like the ergonomic of Pretty Moment. I like the 1500W lots of steam. The on/off and control switch for steam... you need the mitt!!!! The measurements amazingly fit small section of wall I measured for.. Good Steamer!

I got this steamer never with the intention of replacing my regular iron and ironing board. What I was looking forward to is using this steamer for delicate blouses, dresses and other items that I didn't want hard iron lines on.Pros:- Dry Cleaner press quality.I have steamed a bridesmaid dress with it, and it works wonders. Really happy with the outcome. Reminds me of when I would get clothing back from a dry cleaner, all nicely pressed.- Three settingsI have used all three steam settings, the highest one for my cotton and cotton blend clothing.- Versatile mountThere is a large hook for the clothesline bar. Also, a hole for wall mount. I used the trick of using an S hook through the hole for ease of using the unit in other places.Cons-Handle can get too heavyWhile the steamer handle is substantial in material, the drawback is if you are holding it for a long time, your arms will tire out.- Water reservoir is on the smaller sideSo, you need to refill more often. Can be a drag if you are steaming multiple items all in one go- No stow away bag or container

Have to admit I love it! Size, weight, and shape! But….. the ta ta ta sound does not go away even after a few uses. Will keep it but it is annoying.
