Having never owned one before, I wanted to try a well-reviewed model that was also inexpensive. I am not disappointed. If/when it dies, I’ll replace it with a nicer one. But this has got me started with biscuit joins in fine fashion.

Burned up my older one and bought this on the chance the the lower price on Amazon did not reflect a cheaply made the Biscuit joiner. And it works a lot better than expected. The intergraded dust/chip is a blessing as far as catching the dust

As a building contractor the use of a biscuit joiner is infrequent so who wants to spend $300 on a hi-end unit. This unit is solid, precise and worked exactly as I needed. It also came complete with its own charger and bag so I can also put biscuits and glue in it. A total solution

Works well. Seems solid enough to last a while. Doesn't adjust as accurately or smoothly as the expensive name-brand ones, but costs a LOT less than them.No complaints. Definite keeper.

The tool did its job but is limiting accuracy. While it is handy with the use of a battery, it doesn’t have accurate adjustment. It’s more of poke and hope when getting exact distance. Most of the time that doesn’t matter as long as the matting part is the same. However, when putting a slot in to accommodate a part and it needs to be a certain distance, this just doesn’t cut it. The tool has adequate power, fairly light with the battery and it comes in a nice case. The instructions are not very good but since I’ve used biscuit hunters before I didn’t need them. As an entry level tool it’s ok but not something you would want to be a go to tool for the job.

I haven't seen many biscuit joiners in this price range--a few, but not many. And so I'm quite pleased to say that I'm impressed by the quality of its performance. It may not be a name-brand or as fancy as some other ones, but it gets the job done easily and accurately, and it seems durable enough to survive normal use around the workshop.I don't do a lot with biscuit joinery, so this is the perfect one for my occasional uses.Be aware that it does NOT come with any biscuits to get you started, so make sure you buy some to go with it. I think the manufacturer really should have given the buyer a starter supply of maybe 50 or 100 biscuits just to get started, but given the price, I really can't complain too much.

I ordered this joiner for basic widening of planks and combining scraps into bigger pieces. I would call myself an average user, not crazy advanced at joinery. As such I keep the settings perfectly flat. The factory "flat" angles are accurate. The biscuit depth is very simple to verify. Just cut a biscuit in half (the long way) with a razor knife. Then match the half biscuit with the blade pushed out.The cuts are smooth and fast. The metal fence is large and easy to keep flush. The die-cast parts seem slightly cheaper than other tools. But there is substantial metal there, and it's durable and heavy duty. The motor has plenty of power for plunging oak. It has been a simple work horse for me. I think its a good value for the money.

This was surprisingly good for the price. The adjustments hold solid and let me joint 3 7 foot 2x12s and everything lined up perfectly. Very minimal sanding at joint lines due to using construction grade lumber with twists in it.Over the course of making the desk top all of the adjustments held, and the dust collection hooked up to a 6HP shop vac got all the schips to put as multch in the garden. For the pricethis is everything I need. It's just as good as my old corded Dewalt biscuit jointer that cost more than three times as much. Time will tell if this one lasts 20 years like that one did, but we will see.
