All metal, so it’s got some heft. Easily adjustable and stays put while in use. Grip tape is good for a steady stance. Should prove itself to be durable. Good price for at home gym equipment, considering the materials.

Overall it's a good product, but 2 days into having it the anti slip tread on it is already pealing off the top and it had some chipped paint when it arrived. Doesn't currently effect it's use. Adjustable height is great!

This little piece of equipment has elevated my legs routine. It has added a level of challenge to my squats that have taken my quads to another level. You can really feel the difference when you use this Vs. your regular squats. The adjustability is great and it feels sturdy enough that you can go heavy and feel safe.

This is a great slantboard. It is fully adjustable -- high angles that are probably impossible, to low angles that are useless for me (but might be good for someone else). And a lot of in-between angles you can progress from one step to another. It comes with a little booklet showing some slantboard exercises, if you have not already found some online. Also the non-slip surface truly IS non-slip.The only negative, is actually a good thing. It is substantially heavy. This means it is Not easy to keep put-away in one spot, and pull it out quickly to use in a different spot. However -- the weight also means it does NOT move around unexpectedly, it is secure to stand upon it, and does not have to be, for example, braced against a wall when you want to use it. I have settled for storing it under the edge of my bed. It is heavy, but, not Too heavy to slide it outward a few inches to use it. And, since it does Not Move unexpectedly, and you do Not slide when using it, I do Not need to keep it near a wall. So this is just fine!If you are subject to plantar fasciitis or leg cramps, and if you think slantboard exercises might be helpful to you, this is definitely a Good Choice!

I'm a big fan of slant boards for a variety of exercises related to ankle mobility, and this is probably the best one I've ever used. The metal construction and the adjustable base makes it super tough. Not only is it plenty strong enough to hold your body, it's probably strong enough to handle some added weight for various exercises, as shown in some of the pics. Very sturdy, nice size, but also folds up. For anyone in search of a solid slant board, look no further.

I was surprised at how heavy this was as I unboxed it. It feels quite heavy. But as soon as I stood on it in a slanted position (I weigh about 180 lbs), it didn't feel rock solid stable. It almost had a little flex or bounce to it... nothing major or visible to the eye, but enough to feel that you're not on solid (albeit slanted) ground. I would definitely not feel comfortable using this as a wedge for squats with any sort of additional weight. This will purely be a bodyweight stretching tool for me. The item listing says 600lb capacity, but the booklet that cames with makes no type of claim. I am not going to test that capacity myself, but I would be shocked if it got that high.If you just want it for stretching though, or bodyweight exercises (at a lower bodyweight), this thing does seem quite well made. It's heavy enough that it won't slide around on the floor as you step on or off. The grip on it is very grippy. It's large enough to comfortably fit my size 11 (US mens sizing) feet. And it's super easy to adjust. As you adjust to different angles too, it locks into place quite well. I'm not worried about it slipping between angles as much as I am just the entire thing giving out and pancaking flat if I overload with weight.

This board is solid and has great grip thanks to the grip tape, making it perfect for stretching and squats. Unfortunately, my grip tape arrived damaged but still functional. Overall, a sturdy addition to any workout setup!
