Got these to seal potential rodent entry points in my basement. Product was promptly delivered. Decent quantity and quality. Just grabbed the amount I needed, easy to cut with scissors or I just pulled it using my fingers and pushed it down the annoying baseboard gaps using a screw driver.

Great for plugging rodent holes. We had mice in our garage and this was great to fill the holes and we haven't had any issues. You can handle without gloves and it cuts well with scissors.
