I ordered this on a friday and it was delivered via a truck shipment on a Tuesday morning. Came well packaged and ready for install. Install took about an hour with one person, went on smooth and fit well with no modifications to the product or associated parts. Some minor plastic needs to be trimmed but nothing cosmetic (just the splash guard underneath.This looks and feels sturdy. I live in a rural area and my biggest concern is having an animal strike strand me 100 miles+ from anything, including phone service. Not looking to test it anytime soon.

Honestly....a little tricky to install. No drilling BUT CUTTING REQUIRED!. Almost didn't install but cutting is minimal and only really noticeable to the person who installed it. Also instructions are fairly worthless, but with the pictures they include and common sense the project is doable on your own. Highly recommend having a friend, family, or significant other lend a hand, this job is much easier with TWO PEOPLE.Finally, the the guard itself seems sturdy enough. Does tend to vibrate a little over bumps but should keep Bambi from messing up your paint. Also gives your truck character (in my case 2012 escape, this definitely sets it apart.)If I ever do get into an accident with it will try to update this pos on the guards ability to protect your vehicle.
