This is a great little mirror that is very handy when working in tight spaces.

The telescopic arm extended is longer than most inspection mirrors. Use this for work as a property inspector and it has held up nicely so far.

After reviewing most inspection mirrors here, I settled on this one due to its larger mirror size yet ability to access smaller areas in an engine bay. I use this to locate oil leaks on car engines primarily. I hold a small flashlight in one hand and shine it directly on the mirror so that I can see along the engine block. Most automotive inspection mirrors are too small. This mirror is large enough to aid seeing but also small enough to get into cramped engine compartments. However, after a few uses the end where the mirror attaches to the extension, it has become flimsy. The mirror will flop around. I tried tightening the very small Phillips screw but it did not help. I appreciate that the mirror is adjustable so I will not apply thread locker to that area. Just something to be aware of that the mirror end can flop around on you under its own weight. For the price and the size of the mirror this is one of the better ones on Amazon for seeing inside car engine bays

Well, it works.I am a diabetic and wanted this to check my feet. The mirror will not hold position as well as it should when fullyGravity causes the mirror to rotate on the shaft so the mirror is not simple to use when fully extended at the mirror at a right angle to the shaft. This forces me to use it with my right hand to check my left foot and left handed to check my right foot.I am ambidextrous so it is not a big issue. Just beware if you are one of those people who is limited on,using both hands..The shaft could be longer. I am 6'1" with long arms and this rod is just long enough. If you are taller or have short arms, you will need to bend your legs a bit which can be problematic for a person needing this to check his feet in the first place. The mirror is a good size with just enough magnification to inspect you feet properly.Any more might be blurry, any less not enough.Of course, I do not think this was intended to inspect a diabetics feet and would have been quite handy when I was younger and working on various projects so my 3 stars may be harsh. All in all, this is good, inexpensive way to inspect your feet.Just not perfect
