I searched for a bathroom trash can with a lid and am pleased with this one! The sensor is perfect; it opens quietly and closes quietly! It's the ideal size to place in your bathroom ... and is pretty!

This trashcan arrived exactly as described and I have been using it for almost two months now. It looks fantastic, fits perfectly where I wanted it to, and works without issue every time. The sensor is sensitive enough to open the can every time I want it to, but not so sensitive to open it when I walk by or otherwise did not intend to. One note of caution - the inside ring for holding trash bags is really clever and holds the bags well and makes them invisible from the outside BUT may be lost if you foolishly dump out the contents of the can and allow the ring to fly out with the bag like I did. Even though I am well outside the return or replacement window, I contacted the seller, who was extremely kind, courteous, and prompt in resolving this issue for me. Overall a great item and support experience, and I would certainly buy it again.

It was smaller than I expected so I couldn't use it in the bathroom as planned. I'm using it in the living room now instead beside my recliner. However, I had to take out the batteries because the lid was continuously opening which was annoying. It is strong and looks pretty. Works well as a trash can next to my chair. I didn't need a larger one there.

Our most recently adopted pup-pup LOVES to shred tissues! She is quick and sneaky to steal them from the trash, and though she does not injest them, she leaves a messy floor of shred a few times a day. Enter two of these wastebaskets placed near our sink vanities in our bathrooms. I feared that Pup-Pup would figure out how to activate the opening sensor, but since we set these up, she has completely ignored the trash! So this solution works perfectly to address the reason we bought them. I have had no trouble fitting batteries (they are tight on my unit) or having the batteries or battery cover fall into the trash.Though small, these trash cans are actually larger than our old trash cans! There are 2 features of which I am not overly fond, however.One: while I love that the trash bag is hidden, I am not a fan of the mechanism for holding the trash bag in these. It is a wobbly ring that sits (awkwardly) on the rim of the can under the lid; it is, at best, rather fiddle-y.Two: in my own perfect world, I’d prefer the can to be slightly taller. As a taller woman, I have to bend over to activate the lid. Not a really big deal, except I’ve already developed some back problems and some days that bending is less than comfy or easy.Neither of these issues are enough to drop the rating. I’m giving a 4.5, rounded to a 5.If anything begins to fail or be troublesome, I will definitely edit this review.

It’s a trash can. Pretty navy blue, touch less action. Has a ring to keep your trash bag in place. Good quality and so far great battery life.

Love product but much smaller than looks in picture. But still can use just not were I originally intended. Love the motion opening closing feature. Very nice but pricey for size
