I love this bed we bought for our grandson! He loves it and I don’t have to worry about him falling! We are using the toddler bed size and he will grow into the twin. It was easy to put together and looks fantastic!

Pros are plastic is soft and holds together well.Cons no slats no base mattress sits in the middle on the floor and inside there’s a groove which prevents using something to hold up the mattress off the floor. Stupid design for such a big company. At least use some wood slats or come with a base of some sort so the kids not on the floor.

The bed arrived in two boxes, all the hardware was included minus the use of a Phillips head screwdriver. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Took me about 40 minutes to assemble solo. Would recommend for anyone trying to live vicariously through their children because the wife won't let you have a super cool race car bed.

This bed is really well made! It’s sturdy and well thought out- I have no worries that little fingers may get caught and there’s no sharp edges to worry about. I absolutely love that it can be both a toddler bed and twin bed, but was originally concerned on what I would do with the extra pieces. Step2 actually thought this through and it came with a box to compactly store them! Genius and now I don’t have to worry about finding them when it’s time to upgrade. Very cool product and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

Was looking for a new bed for my 5 year old and stumbled across this race car bed. He LOVES it! The bed can fit either a toddler sized bed or a twin which makes it easy to grow into. As far as assembly, it arrived in two boxes which were easy to lift. I was able to assemble it within in minutes without any help. If you have a little man into race cars and boy things, this is the perfect bed. It's worth every penny! I only wish I had found it sooner.

First off. My son, 3 1/2, LOVES this bed. With all his heart and soul.My adult opinion is it’s rather flimsy for bed that costs 300 dollars. A couple screws holding it all together, against a toddler that sees it as his new jungle gym. (Not that I bought it as a jungle gym, it’s just in the morning when he hasn’t let me know he’s awake yet and he has his little party time)It also looks better in pictures than in real life. The pieces are obviously and looks choppy instead of smooth. Especially in the back of the car. A few stickers are all there is to make it more car like. I give it 4 stars as it does what it’s supposed to do and he loves it. But in my opinion not worth $300.

When I wish upon a ROADSTER CAR BED…..I get peaceful nights of sleep for my toddler and family. My two year old started climbing out of his crib around the time of his second birthday which forced us to transition his crib into a toddler bed earlier than we would’ve liked. After a few months we decided that we wanted a fun toddler bed upgrade and purchased this Roadster car bed in gray. We absolutely loved it right from the moment it arrived! Assembly was easy and there was no missing pieces. The car is extremely sleek, durable, and is able to fit a crib mattress or twin mattress down the road! My toddler has been sleeping great in this bed and all throughout the night, which was not the case when we changed to the crib toddler bed. Safe, secure, and stylish! A true classic!
