I have the smaller version of this chair that I bought to use as my work-from-home chair, but then saw this bigger one and had to try it out. It's definitely bigger than the competitor's chair, but not as comfy as I was hoping it would be. The texture is a lot rougher, is itchy on my skin, and I can feel it through my clothes after sitting for a while. There's also not enough padding on the armrests and backrest of the chair. I can feel too much of the inner frame through the lack of padding. Also it had a big rip/hole in the side of the back rest right out of the box. Besides the rip in the chair and the missing holes for the bolts on one of the arms, most of my gripes are sensory processing related for me. If you're not sensitive to textures like I am, this chair is fine. The QC varies with these chairs, but if you get a good one they're not bad. Also excellent customer service and fast shipping!Pros:+It's big! There's enough room for me and my small dog to sit side by side.+USB charging ports are pretty cool and they work. They're not fast charging, but that's fine.+The armrests are wider than the smaller version and don't make an annoying crinkling sound. The smaller version's arm rests have clear packing tape holding the padding together and it crinkles a lot. I also like that this chair's arms are removable and have bolts that can be tightened. The smaller chair has fixed armrests which become loose and wiggly after a short time and can't be tightened to stop the wiggling.+Comes with adapter for USB chargers, long screws for the armrests, and an L wrench to install the screws.Cons:-Like others have stated in their reviews, the inner padding of the arm rests sticks out through the holes where the bolts go in and they look bad. I had planned on putting stickers over these holes, but the padding and screws stick out too far, so that option won't really work.-On the USB port arm on my chair, the holes for the screws were covered and I had to cut through the padding to get the screws in.-As mentioned above, the texture of this bigger chair is rougher than the smaller competitor chair and irritates my skin-There's something rattling around in the non-usb arm and it's very annoying.-The armrests lack padding. When the chair is in the upright position, you can see the joints push out under the fabric. I'm worried this will wear out the fabric over time and there will be metal joints sticking out.-The backrest is thinner and has less padding than the smaller version of this chair. I can feel the hard inner frame when I rest my head on it.-The zippers are sewn on backwards-Had ripped seems already right out of the boxA couple non-chair related pros:+It ships fast. The seller shipped it out the day after I ordered it and it arrived about 4 days after that.+Great customer service. The seller answers questions and even gave me their phone number so I could call or text them with any questions or concerns without having to deal with the Amazon chat bot.+The seller offered to replace and/or give a full refund for the damage without me having to send the chair backUPDATE 7/10/23: I've tried three different floor chairs and I've decided this one is the best out of the three. The smaller chair is comfortable, but it is small and the arms start coming loose after only a short time and will eventually break off with no way to reattach them. The smaller chair is also difficult to convert into the flat/reclining positions. I ordered a swivel floor chair that claimed to be 30 inches wide which would make it larger than the Tapuline chair, however when I received the chair it was actually only 22.5 inches wide and the backrest is flimsy and does not stay upright and kept closing on me while I was in it. So this Tapuline chair, despite the QC flaws of the chair I received, is the best one imo. It's as advertised and matches the dimensions listed in the description, the usb charging ports are a handy feature, the back is sturdy and stays in place, it's easy to convert into the flat/reclined positions, and even though the fabric is a bit too scratchy for me I can simply cover the chair in a soft blanket. And as stated before, Tapuline's customer service is excellent!

So this chair is a gaming chair for the floor, but im not a gamer. I bought this chair to sit on the end of the bed so i can watch televison sitting upright, instead of propping my head and back up on pillows. Its wide and pretty soft, material seems durable although a little itchy(i cover with a twin bed sheet when using). Putting the chair together was easy, and folding and unfolding into a bed is easy and convenient. What kept me for giving five stars is the slightly itchy material and that the back doesnt sit straight up at 90 degrees it sits about 85 degrees and has a couple more angles for resting...that can be solved by propping against a wall, or in my case the headboard of the bed for sitting straight up. Storing it inside a closet wont be easy even though it folds for storage because its pretty large. No problem for me because i just keep it atop a spare bed in another room when im not using it. If you do use it on the floor, make sure you get a rug of something to sit it on to keep the bottom clean.

I was looking for a comfortable gaming chair that I could keep out at all times, in front of my coffee table for when I want to game, and this works perfectly for that purpose. If I wanted to put it away, it's compact, and quick and easy to fold up and store. It's comfortable, which is really important, and I've even laid it flat and slept on it. One of my cats has claimed it for herself though and is always sleeping on it. I have to pick her up and set her on my lap when I want to use it, though I certainly don't mind, and neither does she. This is a great chair at an affordable price, so if you're looking for a comfortable gaming chair, this is perfect.

Bought this for my son’s bday and it’s awesome! He absolutely is in love and says it’s super comfy! It’s kind of tricky to figure out how to adjust it but it folds all the way into itself for easy storage and portability. It reclines all the way out so he can sleep on it if he wants! We haven’t had it long so unsure how durable it will be but so far a good buy!

Chair is comfortable. But, I was sitting in the chair, reading, with my phone plugged into the USB charge spot and from the corner of my eye I saw a thin line of smoke rising up in the air. It was freaky and scary. I'm glad I was sitting there and not in the other room so that I could unplug it real quick.

I purchased two of these chairs for my classroom in September. They have less than 4 months of very gentle wear and tear in them and they are literally falling apart. The arms on both chairs have broken and the seams of the cushions are splitting. For the price of the chair I am highly disappointed in the product.

This floor chair may be okay for small children but for a 6’1†188 lb male it’s too cheaply made. There’s not enough padding in the cushions so after setting on it for a minute or two it sinks & your sitting on wood or plastic or whatever the frame is made from. Although I didn’t try it for sleeping, I suspect it’s just too hard. I gave up on it fairly quickly as it was just too uncomfortable for sitting or trying to play console games on. I went back to my old gaming chair & will be taking this one to give to a thrift store. My suggestion, if your looking for a gaming chair, keep looking.7-18-23 REVISED REVIEWSeller contacted me after my initial review and offered to refund my money or provide a new improved chair. They ensured me they are changing their production process adding more cushioning. I appreciate their concerned response and willingness to add improvements to their product and consider them to be an honorable company. I would recommend giving this company a chance. I wish more companies were this responsive.I declined their offers for a new chair as I had already bought another chair locally and declined their offer for a refund since they are willing to improve their product.
