Top Shelf Coconut Rum
Based on White Rum and has a strong taste of fresh coconut.
Add essence and 620ml Alcohol @ 40% to Liqueur Base "B" (made up as per Liqueur Base "B" instructions).
Alternatively 250ml Sugar and 50ml Liquid Glucose.
Top up to 1.125 L with water.
Makes 1.125 Litres (17 US fl oz) of the Spirit or Liqueur of your choice.

When I purchased this item, I missed that it was supposed to be mixed with the Still Spirits Base B. When I realized that, I went in search of an alternate and this is what I found and used. It calls for 250ml of sugar (about a cup) and 100ml of glucose syruo. I purchased the latter on Amazon...Gourmanity 2.2 lb Glucose Syrup, confectioners glaze, Liquid Glucose for baking, liquid glucose syrup, glucose baking, fondant glaze, glucose sugar syrup, Sucrose syrup, Kosher https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087MY9SHQ/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_g_1ZFJR8WXC09ZG73TE6KXYou really need to mix this all very well with the alcohol. It took a lot of shaking and some time for everything to full dissolve. And now the verdict...it is soooo yummy and tastes very similar to the famous name brand one. I will definitely be buying more
