Watch out for your remote wire. Mine was bad and I didn't know and ended up buying an extra one and didn't need it.

So, there's a lot of debate over whether or not caps work. In the past I've been extremely disappointed with the performance of most of the caps I've installed on my car audio systems. I'll tell u, this cap works better than any cap I've ever had. As long as it's wired properly, and your vehicle charging system isn't a piece of crap, this this is a great addition to your audio system. All of my amps were turning off above a certain volume, but now with this installed all power is stable and doesn't cut out at all. I'm 1000% satisfied.

This cap has rock solid build quality, lightning fast discharge, holds it power very well amd is adjustable in its output voltage for a massive increase in the voltage stability and stiffening power high current systems need.Let's say your car has 13.5 volts running through the system. Well, you can, like myself, raise the Stinger to say 14.5 and keep your bass amp happy. At peak loads, my 1200 watt Prime (800w @ 2 ohms) draws just a half volt at peak loads. This allows the amp to run at no less than 14v and remain exceptionally stable in terms of power reserve.Some would say, rightly so that this cap will put loads on the alternator, in order to operate this way. We'll the digital hybrid design is very good at storing current efficientlty. Those capacitor loads are a buffer, a relatively large one versus the massive peaks of current demand from large amplifiers amd dynamic power comsumption.Many will say caps are worthless, those people are either talking about junk caps or don't understand how to use them.

Glad I bought this took me a Lil min to say f it and I'm glad I did my bass is pounding now harder thin it was before at a much Louder volume whit A study voltage reading on my 1200 watt Rockford Fosgate D class amp p3 12" subs thanks stinger for the product. This is a very high quality capacitor, not to mention it looks nice and sleek on any install. Stinger always has the highest quality equipment. Mine arrived in perfect condition and worked with no issues. The charging bulb is incredibly small, comes in a zip lock bag and is very easy to lose. If you lost yours any light bulb out of your car will function the exact same way. I have been installing aftermarket stereo systems a long time and have ordered many parts off amazon as local shops tend to mark up pricing a lot. I've never had a problem.

I tried charging several times but LED never turned on. Charging Card light went out when it was supposed to be fully charged. Upon starting my vehicle the display reads 6/6.5v and emitted a constant droning beep sound. I can run it without the remote wire but the LED doesn't work and I'm not sure it's doing anything at all

No more power fading replaced my old three Farad with this one and wow follow all safety procedures this is a high power product and it can kill you if your not smart. Not for beginners
