I had to re-mount a toilet and the original hardware was lost. I was able to get new hardware but the almond color of the bolt caps was not available in the store. I sent these to the site where the work was done (in another state) and the owner was able to put them on without removing the mounting bolts.Nice design.

Somehow during some work in our master bathroom recently the covers for the bolts holding down the toilet disappeared - leaving just the nasty looking, somewhat rusty, bolts. These fit perfectly over those bolts and easily screwed into place - it took maybe two minutes to cover both bolts and the difference in appearance is amazing. It's not that many people would ever see the old exposed bolts, but we did and it is very nice to them covered again. I thought the product was a touch expensive for just plastic covers, but once they were in place we are glad we ordered them as they look great and fit perfectly.

The recessed hole for the bolt sits about 3/4 of an inch inside cap. If bolt is shorter from base to end then this tall cap will not work. It fit one of my bolts but not the other. Fortunately I still had a short cap. Four stars since there was no adapter for this situation. But it did save me from having to cut the longer bolt

Great solution for capping toilet books without having to cut them off first. Looks great and simple to install!
