I love this teapot. I love the measure marks on the side so I know how much tea I am brewing. I love the little handle on the infuser making it so easy to remove. I love the way it looks. Perfect in every way !

Love this teapot! Easy to use and easy to clean. I got the 40oz size and was perfect for a 4 persons serving every morning. So far so good! Heat retention is good. Very good process for the product! Will purchase again

While it's very pretty and the filter is very practical and reusable, it doesn't retain the heat very long and so I've had to buy an extra tea heater and I have to pay for candles to keep it heated. It also overflows extremely easily eating it up on stove top. I watch it like a hawk but if I look away at the wrong moment it bubbles over like a madman and gets tea all over the place

Ero titubante che si rompesse subito ,e invece pur essendo in vetro, svolge perfettamente la sua funzione.Tisane belle, buone e calde in poco tempo. Comoda anche per prepararle un giorno prima e riscaldarla quando occorre .
