We needed a new black strike plate to match our new door and other hardware. The one that came with the deadbolt was silver and just really stood out. The paint on this deadbolt is great, we had no issues with scratches or anything else during installation. The screws that are sent with it install easily without any sort of issues when tightening. I do wish that these shipped with screws that are at least 2x longer for better security, but this is basically standard.There's really not much more to say, as long as it's the right size and you need it in black, it really doesn't get any better than this.

Great quality. Easy installation, color is great and texture seems like it’s going to last. Unfortunately didn’t fit my LEVEL LOCK. Fits the frame though.

It’s a great item but after I installed it my door wouldn’t close. The plate on the door hits this plate. I’m going to chisel out more of the latch area. I wish this came in a thinner size

The strike plate factory cutout for the deadbolt was too small to fit the new deadbolt lock strike plate.This item fit perfectly and was a perfect color match (black). It also came with two black screws which worked like a charm.It arrived in a timely fashion and I highly recommend this item.
