Either it’s the cap, or bottle screw top formation itself after it’s production process. You can attempt to put plastic over it, that eventually lands in fragmentations inside the bottle floating with your liquid concentrate. Other reviews prior of purchase had mentioned similar, should have heeded their experiences.
