I suppose its just generally the case with more specialized products like this but the price is a bit absurd for small pieces of metal (especially given how quickly they degrade on contact with corrosive fumes). I'd use these for organic reactions and the plastic versions for inorganic/corrosive processes.

They are a bit hard to get on, and sometimes don’t sit exactly right, but they will get the job done for hot lab experiments. It will definitely rust pretty fast though too so that is something to be aware of
