So it's true, when you retire, you attack your closets. Apparently we just can't help ourselves. I bought this because after donating and dumpstering a lot of shoes that haven't been worn, I needed a small shoe rack for that closet. This exceeded expectations. It was very easy and intuitive to assemble; and it slided to expand or contract its length. Once assembled, it's easy to slide to a different size, and it also is very stable at any size.One simple reminder, which I need every time. Don't tighten all the pieces as you go along. Assemble all parts loosely, and then tighten all the parts. And as you go, make sure the rods are going in the same direction. Easy to put together, reasonably priced, adjustable size, and stable when it's assembled.

I absolutely love it. Not sure why it took me so long to get. It fits perfectly in the utility closet where we usually throw all the shoes. I purchased the 4 shelf to use the top shelf to put stuff on. I recommend. The assembly took all of 10 minutes. Easy peezy lemon squeezey. The metal rod shelves are very sturdy. Worth the money for the organization and peace of mind in getting the shoes from all over the floor!
