This rack needs small divots along each rail to hold the paddles straight. They have a tendency to turn and want to fall out.

I love my Store Your Board SUP racks and want to love these but am struggling to. The idea is perfect, but in use they don't work so well. I have two of these with several paddles stacked up in each. When something bumps the handle of one of the paddles, it swings a bit. Because the part of the paddle blade that is resting on the rack arms is oval, when the paddle swings, it also has a tendency to twist. As it twists it pushes all the other paddles in the rack to twist. As they twist, they twist faster (because the oval shape of the blade), and pretty soon they are all turning sideways and dropping out of the rack! One bump against a paddle and before you know it all the paddles in the rack are falling on the floor. Not so cool with carbon fiber paddles. What's more, in my situation, the two racks are side by side, so often when one falls it hits the handles in the adjacent rack causing those paddles to fall!It might help if instead of a smooth rubber coating on the rack arms, they used a rubber tube with notches in it that the blades would drop into.
