Color was lighter than expected. Since I purchased it for my husband I wanted it to be as dark as the picture but it really is more of a teal. I told him it will get dirty fast and be darker with the grit and grime from his bowling ball.

This is my 2nd Shammy. If you using a solid surface ball it does a great job of removing oil week after week. I've also had success washing the pad from time to time to keep it fresh. Highly recommend.

out of the package it absorbed all of the oil on my ball after a few passes down the lane. After continued use iI had to wipe a couple more times since the towel now had more oil on it. It does a great job wiping your hands on it after each bowl. It does get some friction when trying to rub the ball in one smooth motion so just be cautious as you will not be able to spin the ball on the towel. Overall its a great towel. Nice and big too. Love the bright color on it as well.

I love the cloth, does a good job getting the oil off the ball, the size of it is a bit larger than my hand and my only complaint is that I wish it was larger. Great for getting clean throughout League night.
