This is a Samsung 24†dishwasher. By far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I’m 61 years old and have owned many dishwashers over the years. Every one I’ve owned, I’ve had to pre rinse or even prewash my dishes by hand. This dishwasher gets my dishes spotless regardless whether I prewash or rinse beforehand. I also love the way it’s laid out. Also the extra top tray for utensils or silverware is awesome. I’m so glad I lucked out and found a dishwasher that actually works the way you hope they’ll work. I highly recommend this dishwasher. You won’t be disappointed.

This dishwasher does not dry contents well. Very disappointed.

No warranty that I could find. Bottom rack divides breaking off. Dish soap dispenser stopped closing. Great for the year I have owned it, but needs to be $100 if I have to replace it every year. Buying local so I have a warranty.

Got an entire Samsung 'stainless steel' kitchen early 2020. The DW80N3030US dishwasher was replacing a white Maytag that performed flawlessly for 25+ years. The DW is very spacious and silent but does not dry well. I was quite satisfied until something broke after only 2-years of use.Yesterday I heard a 'snap' and the door fell. The LHS control rope (40cm diameter 3mm) was frayed-open in the middle. This seems to be a very common failure, but the replacement DD81-02301A is hardly documented by Samsung and cost up to $78 for a 50cm rope with 2 loops ! Quick fix: a paracord & 2 loop knots.My concern is that any replacement part for the dishwasher -and it turns out for any Samsung Kitchen Appliance- is [1] badly documented [2] very hard to come by and [3] extremely expensive.

soap gasket came out in 5 months. wife was able to keep it going through some error codes.but not any more.shame. still looks good. don’t judge this book by its cover. read the reviews before you buy.i think a 1 star is high if you have to replace it. if samsung can get it running ill raise rating.
