I wanted gloves for colder days shoveling and to have as an emergency in the car. They are very warm but won’t make your hands sweaty. One draw back is as others mentioned and that’s the snugness. I’m 5’5 and I ordered a large. They were not tight or loose. Keep in mind there is no stretch and your thumb is going to be in an opposing position to your hand (think lobster claw). That could be uncomfortable if they are worn for a long time.

My daughter loves these. I bought them for her for Christmas and they fit her perfect. They are super warm, they look to be durable, and I really like how sturdy the palms are. All in all it was a good buy.
