Strathmore is my go to for art paper. The mixed media 6x8 mixed media paper I use for on the go and I like to send postcards. The paper is thick and when sending it through the mail it holds up.

Perfect size for on-the-go painting. Pages tear easy from the pad without any residue or tearing. The mid-tone shade of the paper makes any paint color pop, whether it’s a light or dark color.

Thick, sturdy tan-toned paper. I use it with colored pencils, and I think they look good on it. Strathmore has the best toned paper (IMHO). This one is the thick one but they also have toned tan sketch paper, and it's also good (though thinner).

The papers are coming off the glue binder on top and look like thick craft paper. Looks ok for colored pencils and mixed media (hence the name😬) I plan on putting transparent watercolor ground so I can watercolor on them hopefully it works

Once you clip or tape it to a board (on an easel), and prep it with water so it stays flat, you can use wet or dry material like charcoal or sumi ink, etc. Paper is wonderful for large drawings.

Before buying this, I had never worked with grey-toned paper. Honestly makes the drawing process much easier, and felt like it added depth to my drawings. My only problem with this pad is that the paper would tear out to easily. If you flipped the page, it would immediately start to come off the pad. So, if you are trying to keep all your drawing together, be careful

A true ly spectacular art surface. I love how thick this paper is. Makes for a great mid tone to work up or down frm.It takes watercolour, acrylics, pencils and markers. True ly delightful to paint on. Highly recommended for mixed media.

Je cherchais un papier pour faire du portrait avec des crayons à colorier Prismacor premier et le résultat est très bon. Le crayon s'applique bien et se blende bien. Le rendu est parfait. J'ai utilisé du pan pastel pour faire le fond et ça donné de bons résultats. Il me reste à tester avec l'aquarelle.

Copic Markers didn't bleed through paper. High quality paper for mixed media. I drew two portraits with pencil and the background is a nice toned color for it. I'm satisfied with Strathmore Mixed Media paper.
