I've had Streamlight flashlights for years and love them, high quality and very bright, especially the newer LED models. What I didn't like was they were somewhat heavy and bulky and hanging off my belt they frequently got in the way and caught on things, so I saw someone with one of these and ended up ordering one myself.First I love how small it is and the fact that it can easily be clipped in my side pocket corner, out of the way from catching on everything like my old Streamlight Stingers did. It's also nice and bright and even has a Turbo type of feature for even brighter short term use. The clip is also well made and sturdy, again top quality like everything from Streamlight. It also seems to last a very long time per charge, which is amazing considering how small it is and the fact it's so bright, worlds better than the crap light on cell phones. Oh also like the ability to flip a switch and see simple charge light telling if it's getting low on charge and needs to be charged soon, my old Stingers didn't have this feature. Now a few negatives-USBC charge port is on the end(or top if you have it clipped to your pocket) and there is no protective cover. I'm a little worried water or dust could get in the charge port and end up hurting something, a built in flip away rubber cover would have been really nice. I did purchase some off amazon several USBC plugs but they were tiny and didn't totally cover the end of the charge port, they were hard to grab ahold of to get out when I wanted to charge due to their tininess and worst of all they kept falling off and getting lost, a complete waste of money. While bright having such a small reflector doesn't help for throwing the light a great distance like my old Stinger which could light up something a 100 feet or more away, this flashlight is more for things closer to you, maybe 20 feet?? away. But due to it's compactness and lightness, I'll trade that for long-distance light but just so you know, there are tradeoffs to something this small and if you need to light up something a great distance away, you might be better with a much larger and heavier Stinger by Streamlight. All in all I really like this tiny wonder, I do worry about what I'll do 5?? years down the line when my batteries get weak or bad as with my Stinger you could easily replace the battery, this one is built in and would require taking the flashlight apart with Allen wrenches to possibly replace the battery but again it's one of the tradeoffs for something this small, hopefully batteries will be readily available and not cost an arm and a leg when the time comes.Speaking of price, while I consider the $80 I paid for this to be more than fair considering it's quality and quite a bit less than the $120+ my LED Stinger sells for, it may be more than some might want to spend for a flashlight. When people see mine and really like it, I always say it's real quality, it might be more than they want to spend. You do get what you pay for but not everyone might not need a flashlight of this quality.I'm not sure I'd want this flashlight as my only one, although I suppose you could but I'm also glad I have my great LED Stinger for cases I want to throw a bright beam all the way across the yard, this little wonder while extremely bright just doesn't throw the beam nearly as far as a larger quality flashlight.

If you're like me, you're probably second-guessing whether you need to spend 80-odd bucks on a flashlight. I mean, your phone has one, it takes up no space in your kit, and it's free!I decided to pull the trigger on this light, and I'll never look back. I had been looking for a reliable, quality USB-C rechargeable light for awhile, and the Wedge simply checks all the boxes.I've had RovyVons in the past, but they're a little too small to hold and locate conveniently, and they get lost because they're so small. The Wedge fits perfectly in a pocket, and locates super quickly when I need some light. The thumbswitch is intuitive and easy to locate with a single motion when you pull it out of a pocket. It's super durable, surviving multiple drops onto concrete. It's not super bright, but it's more than bright enough for what I use it for at work (locating mechanical equipment, tracing wires, lighting up dark areas). It's also great that it doesn't have any stupid "tactical" strobe function: it turns on, it turns on extra bright if you need it, and it turns off.The runtime is incredibly good; I'd say it probably lasts for at least a few hours on a single charge.Charging is super convenient, since there's no dustcap that you need to remove on the back, and it charges with the same USB-C cable you'd use for your phone; I can throw it on the nightstand to charge at night if I notice it getting low. I'd say I charge it maybe once every week or two, with casual (10-15 minutes) of usage per day.Ultimately, while this light doesn't exactly shine (pun intended) in any one particular area, it's the perfect all-rounder. I find myself reaching for it much more often than I expected I would, simply because when I need some extra light, it's WAY faster (and brighter) than pulling out my phone and turning on the flashlight.

Fits in the trouser pocket perfectly, a very nice long lasting and bright light, definitely worth spending the little extra for the quality.
