I purchased these positive stress balls for both my 8 year old and 4 year old granddaughters. The oldest has anxiety and is learning how to channel her fears and to do self talk. The stress balls allows her destress on her own. The four year old, on the other hand, is just, "a little handful." It is really a great destressor for the girls.

These balls are being used for a family member who needs physical therapy on his hand. He has to squeeze the balls a number of times to strengthen his hand and his grip .The balls are working very well as they are not too soft or too hard. We particularly enjoy the motivational messages on each ball. Fun to read and he smiles each time he looks at it. Very happy with the purchase and quality.

I thought these where the soft traditional stress balls.. they are not. They are a firmer foam. I guess they still serve the same purpose. But not quite the sensory sensation I was looking for for my child.

The printing was very clear, there was no odor from the ink or the foam. The colors were vibrant. There was the appropriate amount of resistance for a stress ball.

Bought for my team at work to help relieve stress. Can associate with the phrases too. Not sure if they were meant to be thrown at me but it lightened the mood in stressed out office. And they didn't hurt!
