Best shallow diving lure I’ve found yet… I fish ponds so 2ft to 5ft is perfect depth… if u stop reeling the lure floats to the surface

Cast it out and bass hit it on a regular basis. This is an awesome pre spawn and spawn bass lure. run it deep and bump it off the bottom and the bass hit is it they are in the area. The red color seems to be what the big bass want, because they chase it down more than other colors. casts a long way and doesn't seem to get snagged . I haven't lost one of these ye an i fish around lots of submerged sticks.

Great bait for running over shallow weeds, stumps, and lay-downs. I admit I'm new to shallow running square-bill style crank baits. Right after I received this HH jr. I fished a new lake that had a ton of shallow weeds. I started out throwing a weightless fluke but didn't see any action. I switched to the HH jr. and the 2nd cast I got bit.I've found the HH jr. to be a "situational" bait meaning it needs to be bouncing off of something. The HH jr. needs to be hitting wood, stumps, or ripping through weeds in order for it to draw a strike. If the weeds are too deep and it doesn't "brush" the weeds I would not get bit.So if your fishing cover in the 2-3ft depth range then this just might be the ticket. Imo it's certainly worth having in your arsenal.

Strike King is known for there quality and attention to detail. The action when you slow roll and give a few twitches the bass can’t resist. The color patterns and great! Value for your money and I stand by Strike King products. Caught several bass of this. Also ordered a few more in different color patterns. It’s a must have in your arson in the fall when the bass are foraging before winter time!

I us the hybrid hunter around vegetation and it does well coming through it. I have caught crappie and bass on the HH. I love to throw it, I change the speeds and retrieves to see what the combo is that works best.
