Because my wrist has gotten a little bit weaker in my old age, when I go bowling I need wrist support. Wearing these helps absorb the excessive amount of perspiration that I unfortunately produce when I'm bowling for an extended period of time in a given evening. But they serve their purpose just fine it's just that you can get one awfully wet very fast. I would recommend buying more than one,

It will shrink. Hang to dry. Otherwise, a very nice wrist sleeve to go under your wrist support when bowling.
