I ordered this to hang ceramic wall pockets with. It worked perfectly. It could easily be used for bolo ties or bracelets too. Very nice.

The project possibilities are endless with this cord. I absolutely love how it is real leather, which I much prefer to faux leather due to longevity reasons.The color is also very beautiful and the weaving is done exceptionally well. The material is flexible and easy-to-maneuver while also having structure and strength. It would work well as a jewelry medium and general craft essential!

I really like the color and the smoothness, but found overall to be a little stiff to work with. It wanted to hold the shape it had coming off the roll which made it awkward to work with. You also don't get much on the roll. It sounds like a lot when you read the description but when you see how much is actually there it doesn't seem like much. This would be fine for doing a few bracelets for fun.

I ordered this cord in the natural color and the 3mm thickness. The color is accurate to the pictures in the description. It has a nice weight to it and the braiding tension is consistent. I haven’t tested it excessively but I don’t feel that this cord will break easily-it seems quite sturdy. This cord has so many potential uses from bracelets, necklaces, bolos, thin purse strap, and many more things that others can think of. For $10 for 180â€, or 15 feet, this is a good price.My Amazon rating system-Five stars-Great item. May have a minor flaw that does not detract from appearance or function.Four stars-Great item. Flaw or problem more noticeable. Or, price may be high for what it is.Three stars-Good item. I've been making jewelry for friends and family for about a year now, and my favorite cord to use is the braided leather type which is why I wanted to give this brand a try. I got the 3mm diameter cord which measures just slightly over 3mm, although it's somewhat difficult to get an accurate measurement since it's soft material. It comes nicely wound on a plastic spool as opposed to free windings lopped in a baggy. The material is a very nice quality with the perfect amount of stiffness for pushing through beads. The color is more of a "washed" black which I absolutely love versus an all black painted cord, so this looks like it has a worn look. The finish has a slight laquered shine to it which also looks very nice when combined with stones and beads.Overall, this is a very nice quality cord that makes very pretty bracelets and necklaces. The diameter is perfectly sized for 3mm beads and makes for a good looking piece of jewelry. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to make jewelry with this cord - it's perfect for that!

Super thick cord, but works great for the larger beads, such as silicone and Pandora style beads with a larger center. Otherwise, exactly as described. Highly recommended.

This cord is nice and strong. I like the look of leather cord, but it's often really easy to break. The braiding make this a lot tougher, and it looks good.

I like that this is genuine leather, but the photo shows a bright(ish) blue coming through the dark aging. The product I received has nearly no hint of blue. It is mostly a stormy combo of dk gray and dk antique brown. The sizing seems correct and it will work as the piping I have planned because the color is actually in the same family as the image it will surround. I think it is natural for it to be very coiled once off the spool but since it is natural leather I will be heating it to help it relax and fit into where I want it. It is not overly stiff or overly limp. A bonus: my spool had over 5.5 yards!!
