I loved that you are in control about how much of the picture you want to scratch off. I liked the look of only scratching off the face fully, and leaving the rest in detail. I would 100% recommend, and will buy more

Nice variety of pictures. I LOVE and DISKLIKE the white ones. They are different, which I like, but the coating you scratch off is not as nice. It gets everywhere. And if you use your scratch art brush to brush it off, you can't get the dust off it, which then transfers to your next black picture. I had to get another brush and label them white and black for the type of picture. I also have to clean my easel and table after every session of doing a white picture. Now, the pictures are all cute, and different from most kits. I like that you can just scratch the outlines OR you can scratch more of it, or all of it. I didn't realize at first, but on the back of each scratch board is the name of the picture AND a photo of what it would look like if you scratch the entire board. So, you have a reference of what you can do to personalize your picture by scratching more than just the outlines yet not the whole picture if desired. The tool that came with the set wasn't the greatest, either. I found a simple round wooden pick to scrape better, especially with thin lines. Their tool I managed to scrape off some color of one of the pictures. Unfortunately, the boards are on the thin side, and I couldn't use my favorite double sided "pen" tool, which is comfortable to hold and manage.

The tool is to hard or pointy or the paper is too thin cause it gets holes scratched into easily also the entire underneath is colored so you could scratch the whole paper or just specific points like the grey or white portions

The white and black backgrounds get transfer from each other. My white dust was always sticking to the black, and you had to correct any blemish with a white out type of tool. It never corrects it. The black gets so much white dust powder you can't get rid of it.

You might as well just scratch off the entire page as it doesn't matter where you scratch, it is a predetermined picture
