I couldn't tell any difference in the quality of the sublimation with this paper compared to the "boxed" stuff I've purchased. It's a bit of a nuisance to have to cut it, but I gave that job to my husband, who cuts a straight line better than I do. I have a regular sized 8 1/5" printer so I cut it that size and it works well. My printer is back fed so I'm sure that helps with paper jams that some have mentioned.

This is PERFECT for protecting my heat press from sub ink. I can use each pc I tear, multiple times too.

So like many, I'm using a converted Ecotank. It's a standard print size which means that this roll which is 13" across won't fit in it.My plan was to use a paper cutter, to cut these into 8.5" strips and use those to feed into my printer. While it ultimately worked, I had a few challenges initially due to the curve of the roll in getting it to feed.Basically, I had to roll it in reverse and let it stay that way for a bit and then when putting it in the printer, make sure it was loaded in front of a half dozen sheets of regular copy paper. Doing that, the printer was able to grab hold and take it without issue. This may seem like a lot of work but the price on this for a 328 foot roll vs. standard printer sized sheets is insane! It was entirely worth the several attempts to finally get it working and I prep a few sheets at a time so the extra day-to-day effort is minimal now that I know what I'm doing with it.All that said, this paper works exactly as expected - no hiccups or issues as long as it's being used on the right types of materials. I have a press so heat is applied evenly and it works exactly like the much more expensive individual sheets, in my own experience. This is going to last me a while but if the price doesn't jump crazy high, I'll certainly be ordering more when this roll is depleted.

The worst thing I hate is using up a full sheet of sublimation paper for a small design. This roll allows me to do the small designs and save paper.

This roll is a great option for DIY projects. As long as you do not mind cutting this into pieces it's a great options. I love that I can choose the size if needed without buying different options to have lying around. I have no problem using it in any of my printers. I have used it with t-shirts and mugs and it has worked well. I think this is a great option for any DIYer.

No complaints with this. its a huge roll and its great for those getting started. I haven't worked with sublimation that long but it feeds into my inkjet printer with no issues and prints great and transfers great!

***UPDATE***As mentioned below, I ordered this thinking it was DTF film but after finding out it wasn't I converted my ecotank into a sublimation printer, I ordered sublimation ink and ran a few test prints. The images do not transfer well on cotton as stated on the listing. I don't really have much polyester material around the house gut I did find an old pillowcase. These transfers do best on light colored fabric, unlike DTF prints, these do not do well on dark colored material. The transfer worked on the pillowcase although it's not as bright and detailed as a DTF print is. I suppose for someone who doesn't have an actual DTF printer, it's the next best alternative. I also tried transferring the image to wood and it didn't do very well. Here are the problems I ran into with this paper:1. It jams my printer too often.2. The prints are light, not very sharp or bright.3. Limited to high polyester fabric. On the plus side, you get a lot of paper and for someone who doesn't have any other option for sublimation, this will do.***end updateWelp, I guess I should have taken the time to read the entire listing as this requires sublimation ink, which I do not have YET. I have a DTF printer and I ordered this thinking it was DTF film, it popped up when I searched DTF. I do have an ecotank printer that will take sublimation ink so I'm on the hunt for sublimation ink.The paper is thick and the roll is huge, I have to figure out other ways to use it until I get my sublimation ink delivered. For now, all I can say is 328 feet at a jaw dropping price (at the time of this review ) not to mention a coupon, you just can't beat this.

My oldest son loves doing DIY projects, so we used this sublimation paper to make custom T-shirts and tote bags together. Since we don’t have a heat press, we got creative with a regular household iron, it actually worked pretty well! We hand drew some designs on the paper using a heat transfer pen, then put it face down on the fabric, set the iron to high, and made sure the steam was off. I just pressed and moved the iron around to cover the design evenly. One quick tip: the iron’s temperature isn’t as consistent as a heat press, so you might get a few uneven spots. I’d suggest trying a small test first to get a feel for it and make sure the colors come out right. But honestly, for family projects and easy transfers, this paper is fantastic!
