Revised: love it. I traveled and the normal road noise drowned out all the noise even without radio. Works great, gets very cold and light weight to carry when loaded. I would buy this again.It gets cold. I read reviews saying it was loud and thought, what do you expect and ordered it. IT IS LOUD! I don't know if I could travel across the country listening to that. I am going to put it in my car tomorrow for a two hour drive to see if I get used to the sound of it. I don't know if the radio will comfortably drown out the sound or not. If not, I will be sending this thing back.

I got this for a long road trip so that our drinks and snacks could stay cold. This worked perfectly the entire 22 hour drive. It fits so much more than I expected. Not only did I have little bottles of soda, but I also packed mayonnaise, lunchmeat and coffee creamer. I have a smaller SUV and this fit perfectly between the front and backseat. It’s stood cold the entire time and I never had any issues. Since you can use it in your home because there is a wire or you could use it in your car and charge it, I tried it in both my house and car and it worked great. It’s not very heavy and has a handle on top to carry it. It was not very noisy either. Just a typical low humming sound.

This worked very well for us. It kept our travel foods cold. It fit nicely behind the drivers seat on my f150 crew cab. For a smaller cooler I was suprised at the capacity. There is a removable "wall" to create 2 storage spaces. I liked the ability to cool in the truck, unplug it then plug it in AC in the hotel room. Very quiet, hardly noticed the sound it made. My only complaint is that the cords (ac and dc) were a strugle to store in their allotted area and I had to untangle them each time they were used. Maybe I'm just not coiling them right.

Like most people that have kids like to take essential fridge items from home to save money on vacation trips. Or keep wine or drinks cool. The convience of the cigarette adapter and 110 wall plug built in to this unit makes it even more versatile. Plenty of room inside. I plug it up to the wall the day before and get it cool, load it before we go and an ice pack and plug up in the car and good to go. Can even keep it plugged up and use where your destination is in case it's just a mini fridge. Kept food about 40-42 degrees
