I got this to make clearing snow and ice off my car a lot easier, and it’s been a game-changer. The extension handle is great for reaching across my windshield without straining, and the pivoting broom head makes it quick to brush off large areas of snow. The ice scraper works well too, even on thick frost. I also like that the handle is easy to adjust and stays secure while in use. It’s sturdy and feels like it’ll hold up to heavy use during winter. Definitely makes dealing with snow a lot less of a hassle.

We've been using this tool daily for the last week of Pacific Northwest snow and ice, and it has performed like a champ. It feels extremely rugged and well made, and I expect it to last a long time. The big brush can be turned parallel or perpendicular to the handle, so it's good for both sideways sweeping on windows and lower hoods, and for pushing or pulling snow off the roof and high hoods and windshields. The handle extends to multiple lengths for reaching across those really huge pickups and SUVs, and the locking mechanism feels very precise and reliable. The ice scraper is a beast, and combined with the sturdy handle it clears ice from the entire windshield quickly and easily. We haven't had any need for the squeegee, and I can't even really imagine when I would want it -- maybe when I wash the car in summer? -- but it feels like good quality if you have a need for that. The only "problem" is that this is a big tool, not the kind of thing you can stick in your door's storage pocket. It's the kind of thing you stash in the trunk, or keep on the porch to clean the car in the morning. Bottom line: I expect to be using this for years, and probably buying another one or two so I can have one in every trunk.

So I got this because I live in a state that is cold at least half of the year with lots of snow most years.I looked for one that has not only a brush, but a scraper, and a rubber squeegee. My mom has a similar kind of one but it has no swivels or anything so its even more cumbersome. This one however is pretty cool, one of the best iv found. It has a swivel on it where the brush/squeegee is which allows you to have it either flat like it is in the picture or rotated from either 0, 45, 90, 145, and 180 degrees and locked in those positions when letting go of the button. Which makes cleaning off a windshield, back window, or any other windows for that matter easier. The scraper is just like most scrapers a side for really rough ice, and one that's smooth for smaller pieces. It also can extend for those very hard to reach spots (though if you really want to save time just go around to the other side of the vehicle to clean the other side but that's just me).I finally got to use it a few times already this past month and it worked like it should. I really like the fact it can swivel the brush/squeegee end so then you can have it lay flat on the ground if you want. I also really enjoyed the fact the one I got was blue (though the one in the picture I am seeing now is yellow) though it didn't really matter all that much what color it was I was just glad it works well.Pros:1. Comes with 3 different (to be technical I guess 4) tools. Brush, Squeegee, and scraper (one for hard chunks and flat one for smaller ones)2. It can extend3. The brush/squeegee side can rotate from 0, 45, 90, 145, and 180 degrees and can be locked into those positions by letting go of the button.4. Look at 3. It can lay flat on the ground unlike other/older ones.Cons:None that I can think of so far. From what iv seen from reviews and from my own experiences with it so far it seems to be a great snow/ice brush/scraper for the winter time. Hopkins did a great job and I am hoping mine lasts a long time. Hope my review helped.

I already own one of these scrappers and I love it. it's high quality and does the job well here in Minnesota where winter is tough sometimes. I bought the second one for my husband because he kept stealing mine. Strong and stable brush, which extends, and the scrapper and brush are heavy duty to get a lot of snow off car and windows.

I have an SUV and live in snow country. I had a very similar one I think from Costco; it died this winter. The mechanism that collapses it stuck, so went searching.I really really like this ice scraper. It folds out and lets me scrape my windshield without injuring myself, which is helpful. It has a brush for snow, and a squeegee for mist.Recommended!

Bought a second one, so I have one in each car. This is the best snow removal tool I ever had. Very functional and great reach.

There's nothing I don't like about this snow brush and scraper. It can be extended to reach all the way across the top of the car and basically allows you to clear the snow from your whole car. It snows a lot where I live, and the design, size, and sturdiness of the brush are all good.

As shared in the other reviews, this brush is different from the one advertised.

Works well, and seems sturdy after more than a year of use.I’ve noticed that other people have a nearly identical brush that they’ve bought elsewhere (not from Amazon), and they seem to have paid significantly less for theirs (about 50% less than I paid, or around $25-30 CAD). I was only able to find one through Amazon, so I had to pay their price, which was around $60 when I bought it.I don’t think the price is totally unfair for what I got, especially considering that it seems durable and not totally cheap; but it’s still way more than I think a brush of this quality should cost, and I would encourage people to seek out similar items elsewhere to get a better price.

I've had this sucker for a couple of months now and I don't think my car and I could live without it (lol). I have a Corolla so with this brush extended I can reach from the trunk all the way to the front of the roof (where it meets the windshield), without issue – I'm also 5'9 though, so I'm sure that helps. Ridding my poor car of snow has never been easier or faster! The bristles on the brush are quite thick so there's never much snow left behind after a swipe, the squeegee is probably the most sturdy one I've ever come across, and the scraper at the back of the brush pushes through ice like it's not even there. Having the swivel head option is great because sometimes you just need to brush off a little dusting of snow, so there's no need to open it up (which saves a step) and then when you have a mound of snow you can just open it up and breeze through it.The only negative thing I would say about it is that 'closing' the brush after you've cleaned snow, if it's quite cold outside, the brush will freeze shut in your trunk. So when you go to extend it for the next use you have to be patient and gently try to pry it open. But it's nothing that I'm sure a quick wipe-down after use won't solve (if the brush is extended at the time of use). Basically just make sure the pole isn't wet when you close the brush back up and you'll be fine.I would definitely recommend this to anyone in a snowy climate. It's also quite enjoyable knowing that I have this gigantic brush for my teeny tiny car and our family 3500 dually only has a little tiny one :P
