This is one of those 'out there' products that will probably have limited buyers, but honestly I was impressed at the lifting ability of these suction cups. I wont be using them for windshields or anything, but they do seem like they will probably be useful.

We're currently re-tiling two bathrooms and a lanai. The tiles are large and having these suction cups to aid in moving them is helpful. It gives an extra grip handing these large, heavy tiles that can be very awkward. The hold the weight of the tiles, though we are not relying on the suction cup alone to hold the weight. It helps a lot, but we still have a hand under the edge of the tile just in case. All has been good so far. The suction grips the tiles tightly, and we've had no loss of suction at all. It only comes apart when you release them. This is a product that has limited use for us, but they're impressive and we keep finding ourselves saying -- hey, we can use the suction cups for that! I like that they come nicely packed in a case so that I don't have to worry about finding these in a jumble in a box or pile of tools in the garage. Overall, we're very pleased.

I ordered this product for replacing my 40 year old windows. The product is sturdy, good for homeowner or light commercial use. From my quick testing on the old sliders, the suction strength is larger then my lifting capacity and I saw no leakage over the short term. Note I did clean the glass a bit before using. Fit and finish seems good and the release is easy to use and in a good location. The pressure gauge is helpful but the green zone seems optimistic. you can pump up to the green but not that far into it.I do have a few issues with the design. First is the smooth grip. Other similar products have texture on the grip making it easier to hold. I will be putting on some vet wrap (self adhesive bandage) that gives a tacky surface. The second thing is covers for the suction cups. Other products in the same price point provide covers. Without those I will be using a couple gallon zip lock bags over the products inside the case.I would purchase this again and will use on my project.

I have used these suction cups even on smooth painted furniture because i could not hold it otherwise.Just make sure you have a good vacuum before lifting and make sure the surface is clean.

I ordered these for working with auto glass. They work well on slightly curved windshields. I really like knowing I've got good suction just by looking at the gauge. The handles are very sturdy, and large enough to use with gloves. The case is surprisingly good, I normally wouldn't comment on a tool case but this one is good enough to be worth mentioning. The only thing I'm not really thrilled about is the location of the release button, it seems like it could easily get bumped accidentally, but with that in mind I'm sure it will be fine.

This glass mover is a lifesaver if you are in the glass business. I just moved 10 panels, weighing 126 lbs. each. It made my life so much easier using these instead of trying to move them by hand, which I did unload using gloves. That took almost 4 hours. With these, I just moved everything from the back to the front in 30 minutes. I now have them back in the strong storage case that protects them well.
