Q: Can the suction cup hook be used elsewhere after removing it?
A: Sure, please rinse the suction cup surface under running water to remove dust and residue, after drying, suction cup hooks can be reused many times as new.
Q: Will this hold up on my front door to hold a wreath?
A: If the surface of your front door is smooth or polished, not textured, it is ok to hold up a wreath.
Q: would it adhere to outdoor plastic and/or metal casements?

Q: How much weight can it hold? Does it progressively get rusty and corroded when it gets wet?

My wife and I purchased the bronze suction hooks in mid-July, 2024, and hung them immediately in our shower. The tile is smooth and we did clean the surface and preped the area with a little isopropyl alcohol as well. Considering the price, we thought thought the bronze color to be quite good, and the suction cups, which have light stickiness to it, applied easily, and stuck well. We placed them once, made sure we had them lined up prior to placing them, and, like everyone else, prayed they'd be worth the $16.50 we'd spent on them!Fast forward 3 months, and the hooks haven't moved. The color still looks good, and they're waterspot free as well. Two hooks have extremely light items on them daily, another a wet washcloth, but the second one on the left has been an impressive beast! Our shower mat can get quite heavy full of water, and we hang that mat up after ever shower to prevent mold/mildew issues. That hook hasn't budged since hanging it 3 months back. We weren't expecting miracles, but so far, so good!I feel bad for those who experienced the complete opposite of our experience, as we've been pleased thus far. If they begin to lose their suction at some point, I'll try to remember to add an addendum to this review to describe how long they lasted for us. So far, for under $20, no complaints here!

These are Great!!! I just love them! They stay put.They don't damage smooth surfaces.I just clean the area with alcohol, let dry & it adheres beautifully.Easily remove & and adhere elsewhere.

Strong suction, durable, but can’t really use them in places like the camper bathroom (the moisture makes them slide right off after someone’s showered)- 4 stars for that reason but otherwise great

These Are Great & 5 Stars for their intended purpose Only! These Have The (Gel) Type Suction Cup! Very Sticky Without even Suctioning Them To The Surface They Stick, Other Products That Use This type Suction are Windshield Mount Phone Holders etc. If the Sun Is On The Suction Cup It Dries Right Out Leaving a Slime Because the Black Gel Rubber Melts In The Hot Sun. Using This In a Shower is Great But Like Many Say, You Can't Gert it Off even after Un-suctioning It! I Don't Plan On getting It Back Off unless the (Plastic) Hook Breaks Off? Using This To Hang On Glass Like Wreaths on a Storm Window is Good But You Will Break the Glass trying top get it off unless you carefully Cut between the rubber and glass but Don't Pull it Off! I Don't Think You will see a review saying this product fell off in a Shower or Bath Tub Used on a Clean surface so be careful not to break the Hook! Some Hang RACKS With Shampoo/Conditioner all Kinds Of Heavy Stuff and it Holds Up! Or You Could Drill The Tile and Mount The Rack or Cement the Rack To the Wall? All You Have to do is Hold The Suction Cup to the Surface and then try getting it off! Then Suction it and then release it and try getting it off! Then Try Leaving It Suctioned and Get It Off? Never-Gonna-happen! For It's Intended Purpose This Is a Great Product to Hang Your Back Brushes, Soap-on-a-rope, Luffa, Even Racks With 6-8 lbs. of crap? Just Don't Overload the Plastic Hooks! Cutting This Off Tile is EZ but With Fiberglass Without Scratching Up The Tube Well, That's Another Story.

I liked the silver shine style so it looks less tacky. Used it to hang up my sons bath tub in the guest bathroom because I have no place for this thing

These serve the purpose and look good. They do pop off once in a while, but they are easy to put right back on. We don't hang anything that would be a problem if it fell. We just hang towels and we use two per towel so we can spread the towels out a bit to dry.
