Easy installation. Pry off the ferrule over the mounting hole (a replacement came with my visor) but I used the original. Then you remove the two fine-thread screws (if you are clumsy like me you might drop them on the floor - I did). Just plug the new mount in the socket and put the screws back. Works well including the light for the vanity mirror.

Great cheaper alternative to OEM. Install was and and they work well.

Perfect Fit. 2005 Highlander. Watch YT video prior to replacing. Helps to have a plastic Shim tool. Took only ~10-15 minutes to complete. Visor exact duplicate in size, weight, color (Gray for me)

This visor is a OEM type, perfect replacement for the original factory piece. If you need one, don't hesitate to order one of these.

It looks good and fit well, but the light stopped working after about 3 days.

The only thing I regret is not checking to see if it had a light for the mirror, but other than that it fit perfectly and stays put when you flip it up, unlike the original one that started refusing to stay up at all, even after I tried adding some velcro assistance.
