Very nice looking product with wonderful functionality! It keeps all of our extra stuff in one spot on our deck (chair pillows and covers, candle buckets, small garden tools for deck plants, etc.) and it has a very tight-fitting lid so everything stays dry and out of the weather. It took a while to assemble, but if you follow the instructions closely, your patience will pay off with a very sturdy and attractive product.

This deck box is the perfect size for my chair cushions. Easily holds 4 cushions and some outdoor pillows. Took a little while to put together. The lift support for the lid didn’t have much give so I left off and the box is fine. The lid opens and closes with ease. Items stay dry.

The is a decent box and I believe it will keep the water out, but it's overpriced for the quality of the product. Assembly was extremely challenging - the walls go up easily but the lid assembly is a beast. Multiple tools are needed so don't believe the picture on the front of the box that says "easy assembly" with a picture of a screwdriver. At a minimum, you will need a phillips head screwdriver and a socket wrench set. Even better if you also have a drill, as there are no predrilled holes and getting screws in takes quite a bit of hand strength. The biggest challenge though was that there are a few bolts with a nut that you absolutely cannot tighten without using a socket wrench. Seems easy enough, but a couple areas are not accessible with the wrench, so I spent probably 30 minutes trying to find ways to tighten these bolts without use of the wrench. Also note, you NEED 2 people for attaching the lid...1 to hold in the exact position and 1 to attach screws into non-predrilled places. If you put the hole in the wrong spot, you're screwed (literally) so get some help. Bon chance!

It was becoming so annoying and cumbersome constantly removing the cushions off the chairs and lugging them to the back room when rain was expected, so I bought this cube, and it's so much easier for me to just drop the cushions in.Needs to hands to put together, although not a difficult assembly, just a second pair of hands to hold the walls in place while another person works at screwing in the screws.Does not take up too much space. Can hold a descent amount of cushions. Very strong and sturdy. Keeps cushions dry. Looks like it will last the winter.

Unit as a whole is very sturdy and fit together well, however attaching hinges to the lid was a real problem. Followed directions exactly as shown and described. Could not attach hinges so the lid would properly close. Either product is out of tolerances or instructions incorrect. Pictures in instruction manual very vague and need to be improved. I have assemble many pieces of furniture and similar items before and this one was not easy. I eventually removed all hinges and hardware and will be using unit by just physically lifting the lid off.

It's not only extremely frustrating to put together (had to use multiple wrenches at the same time to tighten screws/nuts in tight places) but you're also screwing into soft plastic. This means you can't make a mistake otherwise your hole is pretty much shot, and even if you don't make a mistake the screws slide out of their holes fairly easily. I imagine with normal use they won't come out, but wow this was a pain for a simple square box. They seem to have done the absolute minimum in prepping the product for consumer assembly – if they just pre-attached the hinge brackets to the top panel everything would have been so much easier.UPDATEDI got another one because I needed to match and all of the machined holes in the backers are too small for the provided hardware…. Insanely poorly made and QA is not existent. The price is bananas for this product. Now I’m going to have to either drill every metal hole larger or go buy new hardware. Horrible product

I've been searching for a patio storage box to fit pillows/cushions/towels etc. That could also possibly be used as a table. And although this is wicker looking so therefore not a flat surface this fits the bill. It's MUCH larger than I anticipated but it's wonderful. It matches my lounge chairs in color, and holds my pillows and is so large that I actually but another bin inside it with all our towels rolled up to keep them somewhat organized. PLUS I have worlds of room for more seat cushions that I have coming. It's hinged lid fits secure so everything should keep clean and dry. Only had it a few days so I can't say as to the longevity or how air tight it keeps things yet but I can't foresee any problems. My husband said it wasn't super easy to put together but didn't take too long. Just mentioned the holes not being drilled well but he did fine getting it together. All in all it was well worth the money in my opinion. I had already purchased and sent back two different storage boxes that just were not big enough to hold (1) pillow much less several or anything else. So I'm very pleased with this product.
