Product arrive undamaged with all parts accounted for. Be patient, it takes some TIME to assemble these chairs and the instructions provided are minimal. just ensure you use the right screws in the right locations to avoid complete aggravation when assembling the product. After assembly, the product looks great and is very comfortable. This will be an addition to an outside bar area beside my pool so I will let you know how they hold up in a year or so after being outside in the weather.

The product was unraveling out of the box. Seats had no support and now I have to pay shipping to return them! Amazon is definitely not what it used to be.

This was the second set I got and this one had absolutely NO issues unlike the first one. The assembly instructions are very clear and helpful although I used my own wrench for tightening the screws. Also, I was a "PRO" at this point from assembling two other stools before. As instructed, do not tighten the screws until you have all of them in place. I have these bar stools in my lanai now and I sit there during the day to do my work. They are comfortable for prolonged use and the armrest is quite handy. Overall, I'm very satisfied and this product is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The product was good, but I ended up needing to return them. The return shipping was more than half of the price of the product. I will NEVER buy from Sundale again
