Very happy with this purchase. Matches the gray to my existing patio furniture pretty well. There is a pin that you can remove to allow for the ability to collapse and transport if needed. I would definitely recommend this product :)

This foot rest for our Adirondack chair looks wood like and seems sturdy enough. The proportions were slightly off with my chair but it’s not a deal breaker for me. It works as a foot rest.

I've done a variety of review of HDPE outdoor furniture in the Adirondack styling, and they have all received high marks from me, so this one is definitely an outlier.a quick breakdown of the pros and cons.pros:1. made of the same HDPE material as the rest of the tried and true furniture, so it promises to be quite durable and weather resistant.2. easy to assemble, the footrest came most of the way assembled, and only required about 5 minutes to put it together.3. all the necessary tools and hardware are included, per usual from this line of products.con:this looks and feels like the traditional (wooden) Adirondack footrest, but it misses on the proportions. the original is a bit taller, and a bit longer. As you can see from the photo of the footrest against an adirondack chair from the same manufacturer (the black one), the footrest is about an inch shorter in height, and compared to the traditional adirondack footrest, it's about 3 or 4 inches shorter in length. The net result is that your knees end up floating in air, and the footrest puts a bit more pressure on the calves.the proportions actually work a little bit better with an adirondack chair from a different manufacturer because the seat is deeper, so the knee is supported fully by the chair and the foot falls a bit more naturally.ultimately, it's still a well built product that promises to be durable. it looks stylish and compliments the rest of the HDPE furniture nicely, but unlike the traditional wood design, this did not provide the additional comfort of "lounging" that the footrest normally would.caveat: I'm 5'6", 155lbs - average build. I think if someone was 5'-10~11" or taller, this may be the right proportion for them.

Super easy to assemble. This thing has been outside in the elements for 5 months and looks like new.
