Update: after the company saw my review they reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience, this company has gone above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They reshipped me a new iron and it was a hundred percent different. this one glided so easily across the clothes it was like silk. It heated quickly and got every wrinkle out of my shirt very quickly one swipe and like magic the wrinkle was gone. They have continued to keep in touch with me to make sure my experience was perfect. Which it was. I’m so happy with this iron. the led screen is a nice touch. The tip of the iron is pointy allowing for easy access to wrinkles in between buttons. The steam amount is plenty enough for me. You can even hit the button for a quick blast of added steam. The iron did not leak. It comes with a cup to help you easily measure and pour water into the top of it. Which if you don’t put a bunch of water in there the iron won’t be heavy. One warning with that, pour slow. Or you’ll end up like me dumping water everywhere the hole is a little small so the water don’t go down as fast as I was pouring it out. Which doesn’t really bother me. The iron itself has a self cleaning button you can push to have the iron clean itself. It also has a button to spray a mist of water to your garmet if needed. The amount of steam is also easy enough to control and change to your liking you just spin the dial in the center of the iron.. the customer service is amazing. Thank you so much for helping me get a great iron.Had to return came scratched. It did not glide across my clothes which is important to me. Kinda just stuck there. Return process was granted. It did get hot just wasn’t easy to push around on my shirts. Kinda heavy for me. And the scratches on the bottom plate was a deal breaker to me.

I purchased this iron after previously purchasing a more expensive iron that was described as professional. This is my first digital iron, and I am impressed with the control of temperature that I have found. I love that the temperature controls are directly on top of the handle, allowing me to easily set the temperature without peeking underneath and struggling to turn a dial. It works double duty as a vertical steamer, and never leaves rust spots on my clothes. There is a powerful steam shot button on the top that removes even stubborn creases from previous ironing. Hoping this lasts for at least a couple of years as I iron every day and use my iron for quilting projects. This one provides precise ironing, even at the very tip, which most irons have failed to achieve. This iron heats up very quickly, and has a convenient digital off notification so that I never worry I am leaving my iron on a low temperature setting. Highly recommend and it’s proven to be a better investment at this price point. The iron has a convenient opening at the very top with a hinge and a large circular opening to the water reservoir and comes with a larger refill cup. Highly recommended.

I’ve only used it for a week, but so far it’s great. You can use steam or not, but I use steam constantly and it presses fast and flat easily. I like that you can use tap water or a mixture of tap and distilled if your tap water is very hard. My only complaint is it doesn’t have the typical fabric type dial to control the level of heat. You choose between four levels, so I imagine if your fabric is very delicate, it might be too hot even on the lowest level. But I work with cotton pretty exclusively (quilting), so it’s fantastic for that. I only hope it lasts awhile before starting the typical leaking all irons eventually do.

With appliances you know how things last a long time. Haven't bought an iron in a while. This is a great one. It glides really nicely with the ceramic coating. Easy to fill up, no spill, and does a great job with the steam. Very good quality and is lightweight. By the time I put a shirt on the board it's ready to go. I so much like the digital part too. It will beep and let you know it's hot. Highly recommended

I liked a lot and it’s heavier than other ones but it works great and turns off when you are not using it, it looks good and excellent quality, remove the wrinkles easily I don’t have to do it twice, the cord is long enough but it has a cover to protect that the cord gets vulnerable to damage but it will be nice to add a cord that you can twist 360 degrees without making moves taking care that you don’t burn the cord but I am left handed and I don’t have any issues with it because I can iron my clothes faster than before

This is the best iron I have used in years. I prefer a heavy iron rather than the light plastic ones they make these days but this iron is not too heavy to use but irons great. I have never used a ceramic plate iron before but I was amazed at how smooth it pushes across material. I ironed very sheer curtains the other day, which usually take a long time because it’s stick on the iron and wrap around and make wrinkles. It took me less than a minute to iron each piano at that rate I would never mind washing my curtains. This is the best iron.

I have had it for several weeks and so far very happy with the purchase of this iron. It heats up rapidly and glides smoothly. The auto shut off activates soon, but only tilt it back and will start again. Nice design as well. Like the digital temperature settings.
