It has been well over a year since we bought this fountain for our front garden. We usually don't write many reviews, but in this case it is definitely warranted. The fountain itself is quite nice and looks great in our garden. While it does require filling of water every few days, due to evaporation, it is worth the effort. On a couple of occasions, neighbors have knocked at our door later in the evening to let us know we forgot to fill it and it stopped running. Many stop to see it every evening on their nightly walks and say it gives them a few minutes of relaxation and serenity at the end of each day, so they make sure we always keep it filled and running. We did have a small problem at first with just a couple of very small leaks. However, that was easily fixed with some spray waterproof leak sealant. The main reason we are reviewing it at this time is due to their customer service. Just a couple of months after the warrant expired, several of the LED lights died. We searched Amazon and the 'Net for replacement lights and coyuld not find any that were actual matches that would fir perfectly into this fountain. And, even though they were somewhat equivalent, the price for just 2 lights ran at least $50 and we needed at least 4. So, out of desperation, we contacted the manufacturer, Sunjet, and were told they do not have the lights available for sale sale separately. However, they said if we bought a new transformer (for a mere $20), they would be able to include a complete set of 6 new LED lights specifically for this fountain. That was a bargain and we took them up on their offer and oredered immediately. Much to our surprise, the new transformer and lights arrived in just a few days. We were then baffled as how exactly to remove and install the new lights. We wrote them again and they went well out of their way to immediately send us detailed instructions, including many instructional photos to assist us. With all that in hand, the actual partial draining of the fountain, removing the old lights and installing the new lights took a mere 20-30 minuts and we now have our beautiful fountain running perfectly as new. Thier customer service was exemplary and, despite being past warranty, they stood behind their product and took care of us. This is definitely a company you can trust to stand behind thier products and find a way to take care of you, even past the warranty period. And, to emphasize again, this is a beautiful fountain. Our tahnks go out to Sunjet for all their assistance.

We have had this fountain for about 2 months now and have been extremely happy with it! It has been great! It is really very nice looking and also looks very realistic, (alot more so than some of the other ones that I have seen on Amazon). The rocks are very lightweight, but they really look real! It has 4 little pools that the water falls down into... which I really like! The water stays very nice and clean, too...even without adding the cleaner to it...or using distilled water. (We planned on adding the cleaner, but kept forgetting to get some and it's been doing fine. The only time the water starts to cloud a little is if you let the water level get too low.) We do have to add more water to it occasionally due to evaporation, but not that often. Maybe once every 2 weeks or so...even in very hot weather. The little lights are also really nice and show up very well at night.The falling water sound is also very realistic, too. If you want a soft sound it's great, but I wanted a bit more volume to it...and wanted the sound to carry a little more across the yard. So I tried adding a few small rocks carefully placed into each of the pools here and there and that totally did the trick! The water hitting onto the rocks gave us just enough more sound that it's perfect! I just put a rock or two on the sides of each little channel that carries the water out of the pools towards the lower pool and one or two in the pools also, and it totally took care of that!All in all, it's a really great rock waterfall fountain! and is totally a good value for the money! We would definitely recommend it!

I got this to add to the peace I have created in my house. I DO have a bird and he loves it. He sits in it in the sun and hangs out like the spoiled brat he is. I don't even turn on the TV anymore. I come home and plug in the fountain and drown out the hideous world outside my window. Also, I die, I reckon my bird and dog can survive a week on the water in the fountain.

Love this! Fairly heavy but easy to set up and use! Does require cleaning every now and then if u have hard water, and algaecide is good to have on hand to add and prevent algae from growing and clogging pump.

This is a beautiful fountain with a great sound. The lights are gorgeous. Very relaxing to sit in my Lanai and enjoy the peace it brings me.

A DISASTER PURCHASSED IN OCTOBER 2024!!! All was fine for a few months, then water started leaking from the base and it would not run for one day without needing to be refilled. Requests were sent to the seller and to Watnature regarding this in reference to the "one-year Free Warranty" with not response from either party. Do not see any way to contact Amazon directly, but still searching.

I put this fountain in the entryway way across from our front door so that you see it as soon as you walk in. I wanted to have the sound of water running while we were in the den across the hall. We have had it for a few months and I am very happy with this fountain. I have it hooked up to a remote so that I can turn the lights and water on/off without having to move plugs in the outlet. A few things my wife and I have noticed since owning it.- the lights are not as blue as the photos. They are more of an off-white.- the water is louder than you would expect. I enjoy that, my wife says it’s a little too loud. I may end up putting it outside on our patio.- the pump is quieter than I thought it would be. You hear the hum of the motor but it isn’t louder than the water.- it holds enough water where I’ve only had to add to it a couple times, mostly when our dog decides to drink from it.I would definitely recommend this fountain.
