The diameter of cap is approx. 15mm/0.59 inch.
NOTE: The stud is ONLY 5mm/0.2 inch deep. So the fastener is not suitable for leathers and fabrics over 2mm.

Suitable for fabrics and leather below 2mm.

4 stars for the product but 5 stars for the seller and customer service. Had some problems with the kit but the seller took care of this fast. Would recommend anyone buying this kit from this seller on Amazon.

The snaps are fine but trying to keep the snaps lined up in the pliers without the slipping and ruining the snap is a challenge. End up using the stationary dies out of an old set.

This was really easy to use! I had to do the punch a couple of times to figure out the hole to go through but it was easy to adjust so it went through my material easy. Here’s the handle I attached using the tool.

Fixed a north face winter coat hood with this kit. The plastic snaps broke and left the hood loose so added a new metal snap and coat is now good as new. Thanks
