We've had a real wok for years. We sold a bunch of stuff in our house in an on-line auction and I think this went in the dumpster with stuff they didn't sell. Now I can't use my wok! I bought this because the only difference between this and mine is this looks new. It works well on my electric stove.

We mainly use of this product for cooking by Wok. We like: stable and light weight, We dislike: the product's height is not enough, it's better to add about 1 inch to the product, which will be perfect.

This fits the mexican pan I bought called a "disco" perfectly! The pan has a odd bulge in the bottom by design, it's supposed to be used over a propane burner outside but the burner is to expensive, this hold the pan perfectly and I can now use it on my stove! Thank you so much. Perfect for mexican discada pans or woks.

I'm not sure how well this is going to work. It's very thing metal and while it feels sturdy, I don't think it's going to have enough weight to remain in place when flicking the wok.Most of the videos I have seen of professionals cooking with a wok, they seem to flick or roll the wok on the wok ring to get it to toss the food.I have a strong feeling this thing is not going to stay in place because it weighs next to nothing.

My dear departed mother bought me a huge round bottom wok 40yrs ago... I've always had a gas stove. Thru the stand out cuz I didn't need it. Got an electric glass top stove 5yrs ago and could use it...This works amazing...love it

Item arrived bent so I re-shaped it to work, only to find the height is not sufficient to keep my 14 inch wok for bottoming out, making the wok and ring both dangerously unstable, especially with HOT STIR FRY OIL dancing around the inside. This wok ring rates as one of the WORST purchases I have ever made from Amazon. I am so disgusted with the time and money that I have spent on this piece of junk! This is just a warning, because I can't tell you what to purchase, but if you read these reviews, take this one to heart!

Does what it is supposed to do! Keeps the wok steady and upright. We have a gas stove and it sits on the grate easily

Used as a steel wok ring for my electric coil stove with the smaller side (8.25") facing upwards and holding the wok. The depth (1.75") of the ring allows my regular oval wok to fit properly over the electric coil for cooking. Great product.
