This is a complete repair kit including grease, grease swab and metal rivets for a hassle free repair.
DO NOT Electronically Test the Sunroof Without the Glass
DO NOT electronically test the operation after installation of the track parts without the glass panel installed. It will cause the tracks parts to come off. The sunroof motor has a 4mm allen head socket that can be turned manually to test the operation of the sunroof.
Reprogramming or Initialization
Reprogram or initialize the sunroof after installation to restore proper operation. It can be done by pressing the slide button to close then quickly holding it down again for a few seconds after it stopped. You will see it move forward and back a little bit, then hold down the slide button again to close.

Drilling out the rivets, removing the old broken pieces, and installing the new product was fairly easy. Only problem is that this product it slightly larger or built out of wack. Getting it in the track was a tad bit difficult because it just doesn’t want to fit, it’s just not how its supposed to be, but still it’s pretty straight forward, how it came out is how it goes in. But both of them were in a bind sliding in and out. Tried multiple times and different types of grease to try and get it to slide better, but it wouldn’t. Well after messing with it for so long I had to just go ahead and leave it as is. After I put the motor in to turn it manually it was in so much of a bind it stripped the head. Main thing was I didn’t want a open sunroof, because that’s why I bought this, it wouldn’t close. I also didn't want to waste my time installing something that wouldn’t work.

Installed and works well so far. But it's difficult to give a good review when I've only had it installed for a week. Only thing to complain about so far is you don't get remotely enough grease. I had to go get my own to grease the entire assembly.

The construction is poor. All parts are there to install but for a vehicle specific item they should have known that the pop rivits included are too long and hit the tracks. With a side cutter i was able to make them shorter and was able to use them

Worked exactly as expected on my 2007 f250. Took my dad and myself roughly 5 hours start to finish. Nothing really difficult about removing the sunroof just time consuming. Also you can get the headliner out the front passenger door without removing the seat.

If you are buying this because you don’t want to pay your mechanic $3000 to fix your sun roof you have come to the right place.If you are buying this because you expect these parts to fit out of the box you came to the wrong place.Get out your Dremel tool and file set because these parts need a lot of adjustment to either fit in the tracks or slide in the tracks. Dry fit these parts first, before you grease them up and find out they won’t fit or slide in the tracks.But for $50 on sale what do you expect.After a lot of fine tuning they do their job.Will they last, probably not. But at least my sunroof is closed now.

Should have bought a more reputable product this thin did not fit properly especially the part of the unit that normally breaks I have replaced these in other vehicles that were made by another company and they worked fine now I have issues with the sunroof not closing all the way most of the time due to the fit not recommended now I have to remove the unit and probably get another that will work and it’s a big job
