Cheap hardware had to go buy my own . No clear instructions of how it should be assembled. Had to buy more angle brackets to add better support.

Installed these shelves in my garage to allow me to place large storage bins up and out of the way. Installed the two in-line to extend almost 12 feet.Would have rated 5 star if they had been designed to mount the braces on standard 16" stud centers so I can properly secure them and provide the maximum strength. So I lined the center support on a stud and changed the location of the 2 end supports to line up onto studs, then re-drilled the screw holes for the top shelving. All in all was an easy modification and allows for a much better install.

The brackets which hold up the shelves are not spaced at 2ft apart and not adjustable, so I wasn't able to drill them into studs. In my opinion, this is a horrible oversight. I emailed the vendor since it was over the return date, which is my fault for delaying the install of them in my garage, but the only resolution was for them to refund me 10%. These are completely useless to me.

The product arrived in perfect condition. It appeared to be a simple install....it was not. The small screws, tiny allen wrench....if your walls are not perfectly straight the pre drilled holes will not line up. The directions are not clear. It showed a third screw in the middle...that screw doesn't even fit between the shelves or reach the brackets. We got them up but at one point we almost quit and wanted to return them. As you can see, each one fits about 4 standard totes.

I installed two of these and loaded them up in the garage. These are nice because they are deep enough to put totes on them the short way, so you can really fit a lot. It's also nice that they are slotted shelves because I also have hooks hanging on the end for even more storage. Make sure to hit a stud with one of the uprights. Only thing that would be better is if the brackets were 16 on center to hit more than 1 stud, so minus one star for that.

The screws strip with little to no resistance. I had to use my own wall-hanging hardware.
