Put a 20lb bag of ice in and still had room left. I left the ice in after a party to see how long it would last, after 3 days it was still ok and not frozen in a big clump. Wish I would've bought this sooner.

Overall this is a good drop in cooler. I put ice in it in the morning and the next day I still had ice (85 F). The only problem is the rivets used for the bottom side of the cover aren't stainless steel. They rust pretty quick. I will probably put some coating on them to prevent rust. Overall is isn't a bad cooler.

The product looks nice and seemed like a good purchase. Once I installed the product, that is when the quality of the product showed. Within 7 days rust spots started to show on the lid. My recommendation is to order when you are ready or close to installation so that if there is damage it falls within Amazon’s return policy. The return window ended on 7.14.20 and the Amazon customer service rep showed extreme disregard for the purchase quality and lack of support or help with the matter as I am 9 days past my return window.

We have had the product installed for 2-3 weeks. It is showing some rust signs on it. We’re concerned that it’s happening that fast. Does seller/manufacturer have any suggestions on care or removal of rust spots?

Bought what I thought would be a great high quality product. Bought a bunch of Sunstone products in Dec 2018. Finished my outside landscaping in April 2019 and pretty much immediately after I paid some professionals to install about $7k of Sunstone products started to rust. Have not contacted Amazon or the seller yet but wanted others considering their high end stainless should know this stuff rust. I tried soft scrub thinking maybe it was dirty and would come off. Nope everything I mean everything I bought is showing rust. Would make sense if I lived by the beach or we had really humid weather...maybe. Fact is I live inland San Diego and it is sunny most of the year. Not only that these items I installed in our bque area is covered from a deck above it. Don’t buy and will let you know if Sunstone and Amazon will stand behind these products. I have picks to show anyone who wants to see including Amazon
