We had installed a flag pole and flag in our yard, something my husband had wanted for at least a decade. We got everything done (with the help of our daughter and her husband). We were extremely disappointed in the solar light that we got with the pole, you could barely make out the white stripes on the flag. I took a chance on this SUNVIE 30 watt dusk to dawn light, and we are thrilled with the results. We had to install it across the sidewalk from our flag to have electric access, we were able to tilt it to shine directly up onto the flags. We have added a second flag now and both are lit up nicely. Dusk to dawn!

Got this to light my flag at night. Solar lights just don’t last through winter nights. Easy to install, nut makes the angle adjustable, and it lights up my flag.

I'm so happy with this purchase! I first tried a solar light to illuminate my flag at night, and was completely disappointed both with the amount of light it produced and the amount of direct sunlight it apparently took to operate. Since my flag is not in direct sunlight all day, the solar light just wasn't workable for me. THIS floodlight, however, is the bomb! It seems to be high quality -- no plastic junk here. It's easy to set up -- just pick your location, pound the stake into the ground, fit the floodlight onto the stake and secure by tightening a screw, adjust the aim of your light, plug in, and you're set! I love the dusk to dawn feature (I wouldn't have even thought about purchasing it without this feature) and the quality of lighting is perfect! Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase! (Please note: the 6' cord length will most likely require that you use an outdoor extension cord.)

Light was easy to set up and I can see my flag flying at night time. My neighbors complimented how nice it looked!The only improvement would be packaging-flimsy at best, first one was damaged

Impressively bright light with quality construction! At a distance of about 30 feet it lights my 20-foot-tall flag pole with two flags. The builtin ambient light sensor turns the light on at night and off in the daytime. A solid choice!
