Perfectly sized for a 15lbs. bird. Last year's roaster refused another Thanksgiving, so it was relieved of duty. Throughout the year it was forgotten about until 2 days before, when it was time to dust it off for use. Oh NO!!! I ordered it on the 26th and it was at the house on the 27th. It came in a very thin box and my heart started racing, no way this bird is going to fit into something so small. I was quite surprised once out of the box, heated quickly and kept temp. perfectly.

Works excellent, is made of great quality. Very versatile, you can cook excellent turkey in this cooker it even browns the turkey. Heat level is excellent.

I used this for two months. It was good. Then one week it started to smell. My mistake - i used it again, overnight for a large stew for 20 guests. In the morning, I woke up to smoke detectors and houes full of smoke. The dial that was set to 220 was obviously not working and it must've been burning at 500 degrees all night - and everything inside was charcoal. I read reviews now from the last couple months and I see others had same experience with the temperature control not working. Do not buy this, and definitely don't leave it unattended overnight.

I had a 18 quart and needed a smaller one as I was taking both for Christmas dinner. It heats up really fast. It was a very good price and I even got another discount for using Amazon. It cleans up so well. I love it. I recommend this product and this seller. It came very fast well packaged.

First time using this item and when I washed it the black enamel has already chipped off from the bottom of the inner roasting pan ! Not impressed !

I cooked a turkey for the recent holidays, following the instructions and it turned out juicy and properly cooked. I will use it for things I would normally cook in the oven, when needed for larger crowds. It was much larger than I pictured, I can fit two small turkeys in it, no problem. I am happy with this purchase.
