These salad tongs are made of beautiful wood and come in a box that can be easily and elegantly wrapped. I bought them as a gift so I can't say how easily they clean but I am going to get some for myself!

It works not great as the metal ones.Defenetly compact. I just think its too expensive for what it is and does. Best to just have a good metal one cover with silacon.

I bought a separate set from a different vendor that included two tongs, for less. They are almost identical! Save your money, and find the other set.

Die Salatzange besteht aus einem augenscheinlich gut verarbeiten Teakholz. Die Zange wird so geliefert, dass sie eben ist, durch eine 180 Grad Drehung wird sie zur Zange mit Widerstand. Je nach Salatsorte ist die Zange mehr oder weniger geeignet.Da es sich um Echtholz handelt, darf die Zange nicht in der Maschine gereinigt werden und soll auch nicht in Wasser stehen.Der Hersteller gibt lebenslange Garantie, falls etwas brechen sollte, das Versprechen finde ich stark, da ich mich schon mein erstem Mal um 18 Grad stehen und in Gebrauch nehmen gefragt habe, wie lange das wohl gut geht. Aber der Hersteller schein sich sicher zu sein, dass es lange gut geht. Das gibt mir bei der Benutzung auch ein gutes Gefühl.Als Alternative zu unseren Kunststoff-Salatbesteck finde ich diese Holzlösung zum einen von der Handhabung vom anderen vom Material wirklich gut.

Arriva dentro una scatola, e si usa girandolo al contrario rispetto a come arriva. Nella prima versione rimane perfettamente chiuso, mentre nella seconda il meccanismo crea la resistenza necessaria per usarla come pinza. Il fatto che sia "richiudibile" mettendolo nella posizione originale è molto comodo

This is a nice salad tong set.They're pretty simple but they do the job just fine.The lie flat when not in use which is great for storage.The wood looks nice and they feel well made.Much nicer than your usual metal or silicone tongs.

Cette pine en bois pour les salades ou même les pâtes est originale car son système de déploiement est ingénieux. Grâce à une découpe spéciale, en la retournant, on créer une sorte de lame-ressort qui donne l’effet d’une pince. Cela fonctionne bien.Par contre payer 30€ pour deux morceaux de bois thaïlandais, avec un simple clou comme axe de rotation , c’est un peu abusé.La qualité est bonne mais je m’attendais vraiment à un truc encore mieux terminé avec de belles finitions.D’où mes 4 étoiles.

These are a nice set of salad tongs which lie flat. To use, just bend them the other way. They have grippy ends and have a good springy action. The carved/burned logo is a nice addition.They are very light and easily stored. A little concerned how long they will last but have worked fine so far.Pricey though. Over £20 is a steep price to pay for a simple utensil.
