Generally, the densest surfaces don't accept much liquid. On the other hand, veryporous surfaces will quickly soak up water. ls the surface you want to seal DENSE or POROUS? If your surface is more dense (water droplets are absorbed for longer than 5seconds), you will be at the higher end of the coverage rate. If your surface is more porous (water droplets are absorbed within seconds), you will be at the lower end of the coverage rate.

STEP1. CLEAN THE SURFACE BY PRESSURE WASHING OR RINSING (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STEP IS CRUCIAL AS IT SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTS THE PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT AFTER DRYING): Make sure the surface MUST be dry, clean, and free from grease, oil, wax, dirt, and other sealers. Keep the surface clean, dry and structurally sound. (NOTE: IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR POLISHED STONEOR TILE)

Tips 1: Please ensure a thorough application by clearing gaps in the surface to a depth of at least 1-2 inches. Tips 2: Our wet look stone sealer is suitable for Use on slate, pavers, brick, sandstone & concrete on the interior or exterior of your home. It's important to note that the application's appearance can vary depending on the substrate. For instance, on porous surfaces like concrete and masonry, the wet and high gloss effect may not be as pronounced compared to less porous surfaces like dark-colored natural slate. Tips3: PLEASE ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA TO DETERMINE SUITABILITY OF PRODUCT FOR INTENDED USE.

STEP2. SHAKE IT SLIGHTLY: Before use, please give it a gentle shake. This ensures the product achieves its maximum effectiveness!

STEP3. APPLY EVENLY AND THINLY: Apply a thin layer of sealer to the object's surface, allowing each layer to dry thoroughly before applying the next (recoat time depends on the thickness of the layer, typically recoatable after 30-60mins). It is recommended to apply 2 layers to enhance the effect. (NOTE: Under the conditions of 68°F and 55% humidity, the drying time is affected by temperature, humidity, and the thickness of the coating. It is crucial to avoid applying the coating too thickly, ensuring there are no noticeable signs of excessive flow or pooling on the surface. This is particularly important for the initial layer. We recommend using a roller for application.)

Tips1: It is recommend to prepare the mixture of water & sealer to 0.5:1 by volume when it applied with sprayer.(Brushes, roller or other application tools do not need to be watered down). Tips2: lt is recommend to apply 2 coats to reach a better effect, but do not apply more than 3 coats. Tips3: Please do not apply lf rain is expected within 24 hours after application, or if temperature is above 80° F or below 50°F(27°C and 10° C). Tips4: We recommend multiple coats for extremely absorbent pavers. Tips5: Please ensure uniform application of the sealer to prevent blotching. (We recommend using a roller for consistent results.)

STEP4. DRYING TIME: Surface dries in 30-60 minutes, reaching full dryness within 48-72 hours (Ideal humidity below 55%). Allow approximately 30-60 minutes between coats, ensuring the surface is dry before applying the next coat.
