Not sure if I should be happy or upset that this $900.00 system lasted two years. Recently it started clogging with only small amounts of toilet paper and now the pump stopped all together. Going to take it apart and see if we can fix it but ordered a new and different pump. It was a great solution for adding a bathroom in a basement without the huge costs, yet when it does stop working, be ready to have to clean up a huge mess when your tub/shower fills up and overflows. Not a fun time! Would only recommend if you plan to replace in 2 years.

great price, concerned about wattage but was powerful enough and performed well. Easy to install I would buy it again!

I bought this because I moved into my garage and needing a bathroom. Install was fairly easy—- hired a plumber and they charged $350 but when you flush, this toliet is very loud and makes a loud noise randomly every few hours. It scares the crap out of me. Design wise it’s very sleek and simple and seems to be built fairly well.

This is the best value for your money. Hands down. If you need one in the basement and have no plumbing. This is your answer. Do it. Add the bathroom. Easy peasy. Definitely purchase again if we ever moved. And will recommend. That’s for sure.

I have waited to review this item to see if I was going to be able to use it. Let me tell you right up front there is no tech support or phone number to talk to a service person. You are forced to rely on e-mail and thru amazon at that. They relay messages from them. Their responses to me were read the instructions. Instructions are a 6 page booklet that does not make things clear, which is why I was trying to contact them.The parts they include do not match size wise. I thought it was a good price but in hinesite I wish I would have bought the more expensive one that had phone numbers and tech support. It has been almost a year and due to a wonderful patient man with a lot if knowledge I think I am going to have my bathroom.. I never right reviews but this was important to let you know this dealer has made this bathrom addition a nightmare. And they say it is do it yourself and easy DO NOT BELIEVE IT. I hate to think that all up-flush toilets are junk but this one sure leaves a lot to be desired
